Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度調節装置の端子に接続され測定対象の温度
    を検知する熱電対と、 前記熱電対が接続される接続端子の温度を検知
    する冷接点補償素子と、 前記冷接点補償素子によつて前記熱電対の測定
    温度を補償する入力回路と、を有する温度測定装
    置において、 ケースに取付けられる複数の端子及び各端子と
    基板を接続する弾性を有する端子金具を含む端子
    台を有し、 前記冷接点補償素子は、プリント基板上に取付
    けられ前記端子台の所定の端子金具に接触させる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする温度測定装置。
