- レンジの上方にレンジフードを設け、前面に冷
気の吹出口を設け前記レンジフード側の側面に排
気口を設けた空気調和機を前記レンジフードの側
面に隣接して設置した厨房装置において、前記排
気口からの排気を前記レンジフード内の上方に誘
導するフードを前記排気口の下縁に設けたことを
特徴とする厨房装置。
