換するパルス回路及び該パルス信号を温度変化に
応じて波高値一定パルス幅可変の信号に変換する
温度―パルス幅変換回路を備え、前記発光ダイオ
ードヘツドの光量の変化を補正する光量補正回路
が設けてあることを特徴とする発光ダイオードヘ
