Claims (1)
- 一定の冷却負荷が断続的にかかり、且つその負
荷のかかる時間及びサイクルが一定でない飲料水
冷却用プレート式熱交換器へブラインを供給して
同熱交換器にて飲料水と熱交換し、昇温したブラ
インを再び冷却して前記熱交換器へ供給するブラ
イン冷却循環装置に於いて、ブラインの流量は常
に一定とし、ブラインを冷却するブライン冷却器
を満液式又は半満液式とし、前記熱交換器の負荷
の有無とある一定の時間差をとつてブライン冷却
器内の冷媒蒸発圧力を予め設定した圧力に段階的
に変化させるブライン温度制御装置により、常に
一定温度のブラインを熱交換器へ循環供給して飲
料水の冷却温度を一定にすると共に、前記プレー
ト式熱交換器ではブラインのバイパスラインを設
置して冷却負荷の有無とある一定の時間差をとつ
てブラインを同熱交換器へ供給することにより、
飲料水の凍結を防ぐことを特徴とする飲料水冷却
装置。
