Claims (1)
- 真空又はガス加圧状態で被処理物を加熱処理す
る熱処理炉において、炉殻内部の上方に設けられ
た上部ヒータと、炉殻内部の下方に設けられた下
部ヒータと、炉殻内部の圧力を検出する圧力セン
サと、炉殻内部の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサの検出結果と予め設定された熱処
理パターンとを比較し当該比較結果を温度制御信
号として出力する温度制御部と、前記温度制御信
号と前記圧力センサからの圧力信号とに基づいて
前記上部ヒータと下部ヒータとの総出力及び出力
比を制御するための電力調節信号を生成するとと
もに、この電力調節信号を電力調節部に出力する
出力制御部とを具備したことを特徴とする熱処理
炉。
