を積分する演算増幅器とコンデンサよりなる積分
回路を具備し、この積分回路の出力を前記発振回
路に加えてこの発振回路の出力をバースト特性を
持つた発振状態を作ることによつて前記整流回路
の出力を一定値に制御するようにしたことを特徴
