コンデンサＣ１の充電電圧が所定の値に達すると
パルス電圧を発生するインバータＵ１とコンデン
サＣ２及び抵抗器Ｒ４よりなるパルス発生手段、
このパルス発生手段より得られるパルス電圧を前
記抵抗器Ｒ１とコンデンサＣ１の接続点の電圧に
加算するインバータＵ２よりなる加算手段、前記
抵抗器Ｒ１とコンデンサＣ１の接続点の電位に対
応した電圧がそのベース電極に加えられ前記電池
