- 温度によりインピーダンスが変化する性質を持
つ感温層２を介して一次導体１と二次導体３が設
けられて成るヒータセンサワイヤにおいて、前記
二次導体３と接する感温層２の上面に導電性塗料
４が塗布されていることを特徴とするヒータセン
サワイヤ。
