本発明は積層板の打抜きに用いる金型に関す

よりパンチ4を下降せしめて、積層板に孔あけを

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
上述のような従来の金型において、単に棒状の
パンチで積層板の打抜きをすると、第3図の如く
孔径が不均一になる問題があつた。またパンチを
引抜くときストツパプレートにより積層板の押さ
えが効いているため、積層板に大きな応力が生じ
てクラツク及び層間剥離を生じ易い問題もあつ

7を介在させて支承する下ダイ6とを備えること
を特徴とする積層板打抜き用金型により達成され

特にプリント基板としての積層板に極めて高品質
のスルホールを形成できる等の顕著な効果を達成
