A conventional wire rod stopping method and device for a wire rod processing machine such as a wire drawing machine or a rolling machine detects the wire rod 3 fed out from the wire rod feeder 1 by using the tension and spring of the wire rod,
There is a stopping device as shown in FIG. 3, and a stopping device in which a capstan roller 7 is added to the above device as shown in FIG.

As shown in Fig. 3, when the tension of the wire rod 3 and the spring 5 are simply used, when the difference between the winding speed and the feeding speed is small, the wire rod in the feeding section runs out, the roller 15 falls down, and the limit switch is activated to detect the stop. Even when the machine 4 was operated, the wire was drawn into the wire processing machine 6, making it impossible to weld the end of the wire to the next wire.

Therefore, it is necessary to add the work of threading the next wire to the wire processing machine, but since the wire threading work takes time, when the end of winding is near, the worker monitors the equipment and activates the stop device. This has become a problem for automation.

In addition, if a capstan roller 7 is used as shown in Figure 4 to prevent the wire from being drawn in, the wire must be wound around the capstan roller each time the wire is pulled in, and the wire must be wrapped around the capstan roller. Since the wire is wound around a roller, kinks inevitably occur in the wire, resulting in quality defects.

Furthermore, the method of checking the winding amount by attaching a wire coil diameter detection sensor to the feeding section has the problem that malfunctions are likely to occur due to vibrations, foreign objects, or eccentric rotation or deformation of the wire coil.

In addition, the method of magnetically marking the wire and detecting the magnetic mark using a magnetometer does not allow for long-term storage after magnetic marking, a decrease in magnetic force due to vibration or heat, or the possibility of damage to the material that is overlapped with the magnetic mark by coil winding. There was a problem in that malfunctions were likely to occur due to magnetism, etc.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. That is, before winding the wire around the feeding section of the wire processing machine, the internal structure of the wire is changed by heating the wire at an appropriate position, and then the position of the wire is adjusted to reduce eddy current loss and magnetic resistance. This invention provides a method for stopping a wire processing machine that detects with a detection sensor and stops the wire.

Further, in the wire processing machine, a heating device is provided in advance to heat a suitable position of the wire, and an eddy current loss magnetic resistance detection sensor is provided in the wire rod feeding section in proximity to the fed wire, and an amplifier that amplifies the signal of the sensor. an electric control circuit that receives the signal;
The present invention provides a wire processing machine stopping device that is provided with a stop brake for a wire processing machine.

The above wound wire rod bundle 10 is transferred to the next wire rod processing machine B.
6, and processed by the wire processing machine B6. When the wire 3 that has been fed out approaches its end, the heating section is heated by the eddy current loss magnetic resistance detection sensor 12.
When passing through, the heated part is detected by the difference in tensile strength of the softened tissue, a detection signal is sent to the electric control circuit 14 through the amplifier 13, and the wire processing machine B6 is gradually stopped by the stop brake.

Note that the wire heating section is located at the end of winding of wire processing machine A8.
Although the distance is 10 m, this position can be determined appropriately by calculating in advance the processing speed of the wire processing machine B6 (approximately 60 m/min in the above example) and the distance required for stopping. Further, in the above example, even if the wire heating section enters the wire processing machine due to the stopping distance, the heating section is softened, so that it will not damage or break the processing machine roller or die.

Further, in the case of a wire drawing machine, the effect of the present invention is large when the difference between the speed of the feeding section and the speed of the winding section is small, but when the speed difference is large, other stopping devices such as a limit switch can be used. .
