ンクの先端部に、切粉吹き払い用のエアを噴出す
るエア噴出口を設けたことを特徴とする円筒状ワ

ークの内径より若干小径で、かつ切粉がシヤンク
の先方に向かうのを阻止する遮閉材を設けてなる

端部に、切粉がシヤンクの先方に向かうのを阻止
するとともに、前記エア噴出口より噴出したエア
をシヤンクの基部に向かうように案内する案内面
を有する遮閉材を設けたことを特徴とする円筒状
