Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of rope crease and contrive exceeding improvement of treating effect by giving cloth-expanding action to circulating cloth with bending and attaching part provided at the vicinity of inlet part inside of cloth-transferring tube and cloth-expanding plate at outlet part. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid flow-treating device treating a long cloth 2 bonded in loop-like in circulative motion together with treating liquid 3, said cloth 2 is struck against bending and attaching part 8 provided at inlet part of cloth- transferring tube 7 in the vicinity of outlet side of jetting nozzle 6 together with jet liquid stream and cloth-expanding action is given, then position of rope crease is transferred, thus tension by the jet liquid stream is released and the cloth is transferred within the cloth-transferring tube 7 in flowing state. Said cloth 2 is subjected to cloth-expanding action again by cloth-expansion plate 9 at outlet part of the cloth-transferring tube 7 and introduced to stagnant tank 1, then pulled-up by rotation of roll 5 in header part 4, thus passed through said jetting nozzle 6, and said process is repeated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Industrial Field The present invention applies treatments such as dyeing, scouring, bleaching, etc. to endless looped fabrics and other long fiber products while circulating them together with a circulating treatment solution. The present invention relates to a liquid flow processing device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As an apparatus for preventing Loeb acid generated on fabrics and the like during liquid flow treatment, techniques disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 55-148273 and 1982-171751 are disclosed. In the former, the guide pipe installed above the retention tank is shaped like an inverted U-shape, and the area near the direction changing part is a slow acidic part of the liquid flow, and the tension applied to the fabric to be treated is generated in this slow acidic part of the liquid flow. I'm trying to lower it. In the latter case, the lobed fabric that has exited the fabric transfer tube is once discharged into a spreading dish with a liquid reservoir to impart a spreading effect to the fabric.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional example described above, in the former example in which the liquid flow slow acid section is provided, the tension is temporarily loosened at the approximately inverted V-shaped section of the guide tube. Since the fabric is still completely submerged in the liquid, the spreading effect is weak, and slowing down the fabric transport speed may cause uneven dyeing or require an extension of the dyeing time. Furthermore, if the liquid jetting force at the treatment liquid jetting section is increased in order to increase the speed at which the cloth is transferred, there is a risk that fluff will form on the cloth within the guide tube and the texture will be impaired.

In addition, in the latter case, the liquid is discharged into a spreading pan with a reservoir, so although the spreading effect is sufficiently provided, it requires time for the liquid to accumulate in the spreading pan, prolonging the dyeing time and causing dyeing problems. Problems such as unevenness were observed.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and also to provide a spreading effect at the inlet of the transfer pipe so that the cloth can be rapidly transferred with almost no tension generated in the horizontal cloth transfer pipe. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid flow treatment device for fabrics that does not generate acid or uneven dyeing.

In the present invention, a bent abutting portion is provided at a position close to the outlet side of the injection nozzle as the inlet of the cloth transfer pipe, so that the fabric once collides with the bent abutting portion together with the jet liquid flow from the injection nozzle. At this bending abutment part, the movement moment given by the jet liquid flow is dispersed to the fabric, thereby giving a spreading effect and moving the position of the lobe acid. Then,
The cloth is sent to the cloth transfer pipe which is in a nearly horizontal state. A spreader plate is provided at the outlet of the transfer tube to hold back a portion of the processing liquid flowing down, thereby forming a low liquid level at the lower part of the transfer tube. Therefore, the cloth spread out at the bending abutment part is relieved of the tension caused by the ejection force of the jet liquid flow, and is transported in a floating state on the liquid surface, so that it is transported below the liquid. Transfer is carried out smoothly without any reduction in transfer speed caused by the processing liquid that sometimes occurs. Further, since the lobe acid is spread by a spreading plate provided at the outlet of the transfer tube, the position of the lobe acid is moved again and sent to the retention tank.

A bent abutting portion 8 is formed at the entrance of the fabric transfer pipe 7 and near the outlet side of the injection nozzle 6, and the processing liquid 3 once collides with this bent abutting portion 8. Reference numeral 9 denotes a spreader plate, which is provided at the outlet of the cloth transfer pipe 7 and has the function of damming up the processing liquid and suppressing the force of the liquid flow. Therefore, the fabric transferred along with the liquid flow is further subjected to the spreading action at this portion. There is a scrape lO1 in the retention tank l.

As described above, in the embodiment, the jet stream from the injection nozzle 6 once collides with the inner wall surface of the bent contact portion 8 of the cloth transfer tube 7, passes through the approximately horizontal cloth transfer tube 7, and passes through the cloth spreading plate 9.
Since the fabric 2 being transferred along with this liquid flow also comes into contact with the wall surface at the bending abutment part 8, the tension is dispersed, and the fabric 2 is transferred as it is in the horizontal fabric transfer pipe 7. It is rapidly transferred in a floating state over the three surfaces of the processing liquid. At the outlet of the cloth transfer tube 7, the cloth is further spread by the cloth spreading plate 9, so that lobe acid is not generated in the cloth.

Material to be dyed, polyester/wool blend treatment m 4 rolls 74.1 kg Bath ratio 1:10 Effects of the invention As described above, in the present invention, the jet stream from the injection nozzle provided at the artificial part of the fabric transfer pipe is transmitted to the bending contact part. Since the fabric is collided with the fabric once, it is prevented from creating tension on the fabric, which causes lobe acid, and then transferred in a suspended state above the processing liquid in the horizontal fabric transfer pipe, allowing rapid transfer and eliminating wrinkles. Nor. Furthermore, since the spreading effect is provided by the spreading plate at the outlet of the fabric transfer pipe, the position of the lobe acid is moved again, so that almost no lobe acid is generated, and the processing process can be performed with a good texture and without prolonging the processing time. It was possible to provide a fabric liquid flow treatment device with significantly improved effects.
