本考案は布帛等の繊維製品の液流処理装置にお

考案が解決しようとする課題
しかし、上記のようなワツシヤーによつて解撚
シボ立て処理を行なう場合、長い布帛を渦巻状に
して投入するので、巻いた布帛が処理中にほどけ
てからまないようにするため、多くの作業者の手
作業によつてアンドン掛けと称する耳綴じ作業を
行なわなければならないという欠陥を有してい

課題を解決するための手段
本考案は上記目的達成のため、滞溜槽と移送通
路とを両端で連結した環状処理通路内に、ループ
状に結合した繊維製品を装填して、処理液噴射部
からの液流によつて循環移行させる間に染色その
他の処理をする液流処理装置において、前記処理
液噴射部の出口側に近接した移送通路内で、流路
軸に対して傾斜角を有する準備屈曲路を経て、ほ
ぼ直角状に屈曲した通路を、少なくとも1カ所設
けることにより、液流と共に連続した繊維製品
を、一旦前記屈曲壁面に衝突させた後、流路に沿
つて送出するよう設けた繊維製品の液流染色機に

理液噴射部を出てきた直後の最も布速の速い段階
で、繊維製品が流路と直角状の通路とした屈曲壁

実施例
図面に示したのは本考案装置の一実施例を示す
もので、要部を拡大して示した。1は滞溜槽で、
処理液が滞留し、ループ状に結合した布帛等の長
尺繊維製品を蛇行状に移行しながら、一時滞溜さ
せるようになつている。2は移送通路で、前記滞
溜槽1とは両端で連結され、環状処理通路を構成
している。3は処理液噴射部で、滞溜槽1の出口
部に連結されている。4は処理液、5は布帛を示
す。6はリールである。布帛5は滞溜槽1よりリ
ール6を経て、処理液噴射部3の噴流によつて移
送通路2内へ送り込まれ、滞溜槽1の他端から再
び滞溜槽1内へ送られるよう循環される。この間
に布帛等は処理液により染色その他の処理を実現
される。7は処理液循環路で、滞溜槽1から少な
くとも1個の調節口より吸込配管で吸込まれ、ポ
ンプ8、熱交換器9を通つて、処理液噴射部3か

なもの用いることもある。傾斜角θAは傾斜角θB
を直角状にするための準備屈曲路となつており、
θBが直角状に屈曲しているので、この壁面に噴
流と共に移送される布帛等が強力な勢いで突き当

解撚シボ立て(リラツクスと称す)効果は、一

考案の効果
本考案では上記のような構成としたので、処理
液噴射部からの噴射流と共に布帛等は移送通路に
導入された直後に準備屈曲路を経てほぼ直角状と
した屈曲壁面に突き当ることにより、布速が最も
早い段階で衝突部による叩打作用が与えられ、縦
方向の縮み作用を実現させると共に耳際のロープ
ジワが解消される他、強撚糸の織物等、高密度な
ポリエステルのジヨーゼツトの織物において解撚
シボ立て作用が確実に行なわれ風合が柔らかく、
目面もよくなつて染色その他の繊維製品の処理効

て、処理液噴射部からの液流によつて循環移行さ
せる間に染色その他の処理をする液流処理装置に
おいて、 前記処理液噴射部の出口側に近接した移送通路
内で、流路軸に対して傾斜角を有する準備屈曲路
を経て、ほぼ直角状に屈曲した通路を、少なくと
も1カ所設けることにより、 液流と共に連続した繊維製品を、一旦前記屈曲
壁面に衝突させた後、流路に沿つて送出するよう
設けたことを特徴とする繊維製品の液流染色機に
