Claims (1)
- 荷電粒子が走行する第１空間と第２空間とを結
合する開口部に配設された弁体を含むゲートバル
ブにおいて、前記弁体の弁板は前記開口部に形成
された弁座に対して前記荷電粒子の走行軸の垂直
断面に平行な軸を中心に回動し、前記弁板と一体
にとりつけられている弁板支持部材は第１枢着部
を介して、前記荷電粒子の走行軸に対してほゞ垂
直な往復運動をする軸状部材の一端に接続され、
前記軸状部材の他端は前記荷電粒子の走行軸に対
して垂直な往復運動をする他の軸状部材に枢着さ
れ、前記弁板が前記軸を中心に回動する時には前
記荷電粒子の走行路を阻害しないように開弁され
ることを特徴とするゲートバルブ。
