Claims (1)
- 局所排気装置等に使用する切替ダンパーにおい
て、エゼクタポンプ機構を有する導入口と、複数
の排出口と、該排出口を開閉するフラツパーと、
該排出口と該フラツパーとの間に互いにへだてて
配置された複数のシールと、該排出口と該フラツ
パーと該シールとで囲まれた減圧空間部と、該減
圧空間部と該エゼクタポンプ機構とを結ぶ連結管
を有することを特徴とする切替ダンパー。
