Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 操作量に応じた絞りを形成する切換弁の上
流側に、前記絞りの下流側が接続し、この下流側
の流体圧力に押圧力を加算するようにばねを設け
たばね室と前記絞りの上流側が接続する圧力室と
が設けられこのばね室と圧力室によつて、前記絞
りの上流側の圧力を負荷圧力よりばね室のばね力
分だけ高く保持する圧力補償弁を設けた流量制御
回路において、 前記圧力補償弁のばね室を圧力制御弁を介して
油槽に接続した事を特徴とする流量制御回路。 (2) 操作量に応じた絞りを形成する切換弁の上
流側に、前記絞りの下流側が接続し、この下流側
の流体圧力に押圧力を加算するようにばねを設け
たばね室と前記絞りの上流側が接続する圧力室と
が設けられこのばね室と圧力室によつて、前記絞
りの上流側の圧力を負荷圧力よりばね室のばね力
分だけ高く保持する圧力補償弁を設けた流量制御
回路において、前記圧力補償弁のばね室を圧力制
御弁と切換弁とを介して油槽に接続した事を特徴
とする流量制御回路。
