Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight structure having a high strength by applying a honeycomb structure made of aluminum, paper, resin or the like, or a ribbon- like and flute-like member thereof onto a plate so as to obtain an integral body panel. CONSTITUTION:An air-conditioner body 1 is formed of a laminated panel (front surface) 2 and a laminated panel (rear surface) 3 which define a space therebetween. A heat-exchanger 4 is disposed at the center of the space and a pair of upper and lower blowers 5 are also arranged in the space. The structure of the laminated panels 2, 3 is formed as follows: a ribbon-like aggregate 9a, a honeycomb-like aggregate 9b or the like is disposed between a pair of panels 8, and is bonded to the latter by an adhesive. The aggregate is made of aluminum, paper, resin or the like which is formed in a flute-like or a honeycomb-like structure. Further, urethane foamed materials, glass wool or the like is filled in voids in the aggregate.
