  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステータ部材と、 このステータ部材に取付けられたステータ基板
    と、 このステータ基板と並行に前記ステータ部材に
    取付けられた複数の突極歯を有する磁心コアと、 前記複数の突極歯に巻かれた複数の駆動コイル
    と、 前記ステータ部材に回転自在に軸支されたロー
    タヨークと、 前記突極歯の先端と僅かな間隔を置いて対向す
    るように前記ロータヨークに取付けられた環状の
    駆動マグネツトと、 前記所定の突極歯先端部と重なるように前記ス
    テータ基板に取付けられ前記ロータヨークの回転
    に伴つて前記駆動マグネツトの磁極位置信号を出
    力する位置検出素子と、 を具備してなるブラシレスモータにおいて、 前記位置検出素子と重なる前記所定の突極歯先
    端部が、前記位置検出素子と離れるように屈曲形
    成されてなることを特徴とするブラシレスモータ
    。
