Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the form of a bed and to hold the position of a body by partitioning a closed container formed of a watertight flexible sheet into a plurality of chambers by a partitioning part through which a liquid can circulate, filling a bead-shaped member made of a synthetic resin or ceramics and water in the respective chambers and covering the closed container with an outer film. CONSTITUTION:A water bed 1 is formed to a mat shape as a whole by filling bead-shaped members 3 made of synthetic resin or ceramics and water 4 into a bag-shaped closed container 2 made of synthetic resin and watertight flexible sheet and formed to a plane rectangle. Partitioning parts 2a are formed therein so as to circulate the water through a plurality of chambers. The bead-shaped members 3 are equally stored in the respective chambers. Accordingly, after the bead-shaped members 3 are filled, it is partly heated along dotted lines by a heating means, for instance, the upper and lower flexible sheets are bonded to form the partitioning parts 2a, the water 4 is filled. The outside of the closed container 2 is coated with an outer film made of a flexible material to have a double structure and said partitioning parts are prevented from being externally exposed.

[Prior Art 1] Conventionally, waterbeds of various structures storing this type of water are well known. - Most waterbeds are simply a bag-like member filled with water, which not only increases the weight of the bed itself, but also makes it difficult for the user to get on and off the bed or turn over. There was a problem in that when the ball was hit, the water inside flowed and the bed itself swayed, resulting in a lack of stability. This problem was solved in the earlier applications filed by the same applicant, JP-A-63-84506 and JP-A-63-125.
The invention disclosed in Publication No. 214 is well known. In the inventions of these earlier applications, together with water inside the bag-like member,
It has a structure that houses a mat-like member made of a spongy member or continuous foam, which suppresses the rapid flow of water when getting on and off the bed or turning over, suppressing the rocking of the bed itself, and providing a sense of stability. It is an improved version. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The invention of the earlier application related to the conventional example can be highly evaluated in terms of improving the sense of stability and reducing the weight. When the bed is applied to a bed (as described above), the water and mat-like material in the lifted part tend to move lower, and are therefore gathered together at the bottom, changing the shape of the bed and making it impossible to maintain the body's posture. New problems have arisen.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention forms a bag-like airtight container with a planar rectangular shape using a watertight flexible sheet, and includes a partition portion through which liquid can flow inside the airtight container. The present invention provides a water bed characterized in that the container is partitioned into a plurality of chambers, each chamber is filled with a synthetic resin or ceramic bead-like member and water, and the sealed container is covered with an outer skin. By filling the bead-like members together and partitioning the airtight container so that liquid can flow into multiple chambers, there is movement of water but little movement of the bead-like members, which allows some parts of the bed to This made it possible to maintain the bed shape and maintain the body's posture even when lifted. Furthermore, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the role of the water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time, which also makes it possible to maintain the shape of the bed. .

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. Reference numeral 1 denotes a waterbed body, and the waterbed is a bag-shaped sealed container made of synthetic resin and made of a watertight flexible sheet and having a rectangular planar shape. 2, and in the airtight container, synthetic resin or ceramic bead-shaped members 3 and water 4 are placed.
The bead-like members 3 are stored approximately equally in each chamber by forming partitions 2a so that water can flow into a plurality of chambers. . Therefore, after filling the bead-like members 3, heat bonding is performed partially in a dotted line shape using a heating means, etc. to bond the upper and lower flexible sheets to form the partition portion 2a, and then water 4 is injected. Make it. Furthermore, the partition portion 2a may be configured to form a plurality of elongated chambers along the length direction of the airtight container 2, for example.
The partitions 2a are formed using woven fabric or a net-like material, and these partitions 2a are attached to the upper and lower walls of the airtight container 2 by adhesive or other means, so that the bead-shaped members 3 stored in each room can be separated. This is to suppress movement and also to suppress abnormal expansion of the closed container 2. In any case, the internal partition allows the water to flow, prevents the bead-shaped members from passing through, suppresses their movement, and improves the stability of the waterbed body 1. The outside of the thus formed sealed container 2 is covered with an outer skin 5 made of a flexible material to form a double structure so that the partition portion is not exposed to the outside. The flexible sheet is made of, for example, a rubber or soft synthetic resin sheet, or a composite material of these materials and cloth, and has a bag-like overall shape and is watertight. The overall volume ratio of the bead-like members 3 and water 4 housed in the airtight container 2 is 50-60% of the bead-like members and 40-50% of the water, preferably 55:45.
Therefore, it is better to have more bead-like members than water. Further, the bead-like member 3 is made of, for example, foamed polystyrene resin formed into a bead shape or glass formed into a hollow bead, and the beads may have approximately the same size. However, it is also possible to use a mix of sizes. For example, if only water is stored in the airtight container 2, approximately 120 kg can be stored, but the volume ratio is approximately 4 kg.
Since it is 5%, its weight becomes 9 in 1853, and
The actual weight of the bead-shaped member 3 to be stored is 3.3Kg, so the weight of the waterbed body 1 is approximately 56.3/(g
This results in a significant weight reduction. A water tank 8 is connected to the airtight container 2 in communication via a conduit 6 and a valve 7, and the water tank allows the amount of water in the airtight container 2 to be adjusted each time according to the state of use. It has become. Furthermore, a plurality of water injection or air release valves 9 are attached to the closed container 2. In the figure, the reference numeral 10 is a bed stand, and the reference numeral 11 is a gear up stand. The water bed main body 1 configured in this way is used as a normal bed while being placed on the bed base 10 equipped with a gatch function, and as shown in FIG. The main body 1 deforms evenly along the undulations of the body, and the load is not concentrated locally at the contact area between the body and the bed main body, and a thin layer of water is applied to the area where the body is in contact. layer 4a is formed, and the rough feel peculiar to beads is almost eliminated. From this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the gear catch-up function is activated to raise the gear stand 11, thereby also raising a part of the waterbed body 1. At this time, since the inside of the airtight container 2 is partitioned into a plurality of chambers, the bead-like members 3 and the water 4 stored in each chamber do not flow together, and only the water 4 passes through the partitions. 2
The bead-like member 3 flows downwardly through a, and the bead-like member 3 remains in the upright portion. In other words, the volume ratio of the stored bead-like members 3 exceeds 50%, and the water 4 fills the spaces between the bead-like members, so that the water existing between the bead-like members is absorbed into the water bed main body 1. As the water inclines, the water flows down one after another, and each bead-like member 3 is restrained from moving and becomes depressurized as the water flows down, so that it is located in a solid state adjacent to each other and stands upright. The thickness of the part of the waterbed body 1 that has been removed hardly changes. In this case, a layer of water is not formed in the part of the body that is in contact with the body, but a layer of water is still formed in the part that is subject to a large load, resulting in a local concentration of load. This is to prevent In any case, even if the gear-up function is activated to partially raise the bed body, the bead-like member 3
The water does not flow down, only the water present in the gaps between the bead-like members flows down, and the shape is maintained by the bead-like members, allowing for easy gear-up. Also, if you want to increase water bonds in response to usage,
If you want to inject a predetermined amount of water into the sealed container 2 from the water tank 8 by turning on the valve 7, but on the other hand, you want to reduce the flow of water,
The water bed can be used in an appropriate state according to the usage condition by simply discharging water from the sealed container into the water tank. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the water bed according to the present invention is made of a watertight flexible sheet and has a rectangular planar shape. A bag-shaped airtight container is formed, the airtight container is divided into a plurality of chambers by a partition through which liquid can flow, each chamber is filled with a synthetic resin or ceramic bead-shaped member and water, and the airtight container is sealed. Since the container is covered with an outer skin, the inside of the airtight container is divided into multiple chambers with partitions that allow liquid to flow, and by filling each chamber with bead-shaped members together with water, even if water moves, it is possible to Movement of the bead-like member and partial expansion of the closed container are suppressed, so even if it is a water bed,
Even if a part of the bed main body is lifted up due to gear up, the bed shape can maintain an "Iff" state and the body posture can be maintained, which is an excellent effect. In addition, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time, so that it is always used in an appropriate state according to the usage. It also has excellent effects. Furthermore, by increasing the volume ratio of the bead-like members filled with water, the weight of the water bed body is significantly reduced, making it easier to handle, and the bed shape can be maintained even when changing gears. It also has the excellent effect of making it possible.
