Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the form of a bed and to hold the position of a body by placing an inner bag containing the prescribed amount of bead-shaped members made of a synthetic resin or ceramics in a closed container and forming said inner bag of a material in which a liquid can circulate and partitioning said bag into a plurality of chambers so as to have substantially the same form as the closed container. CONSTITUTION:A water bed 1 is formed to a mat shape as a whole by filling bead- shaped members 3 made of a synthetic resin or ceramics and water 4 in a bag-shaped closed container 2 made of a synthetic resin and watertight flexible sheet and formed to a plane rectangle. The bead-shaped members 3 are previously housed in an inner bag 5 and housed in the closed container 2. The inner bag 5 is formed to a bag shape and the substantially same form as the closed container 2 by a woven cloth or net shaped member having a water permeability. The inner bag 5 is partitioned into plurality of chambers by forming a seam 5a of a lattice shape, for instance so as to largely move the housed bead-shaped members 3. The prescribed amount of the bead-shaped members 3 is equally stored in the respective chambers. In this case, the bead-shaped members 3 to be stored in the respective chambers are stored with a complete space without closely packing it.

In the past, various types of J-turbed vessels containing water are well known. - Most waterbeds have a bag-like member filled with water, which not only increases the weight of the bed itself, but also makes it difficult for the user to get on and off the bed or turn over. There was a problem in that when the bed was hit, the water inside flowed and the bed itself swayed, resulting in a lack of stability. Publication No. 1984-84506 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-125
The invention disclosed in Publication No. 214 is well known. In the inventions of these earlier applications, together with water inside the bag-like member,
It has a structure that houses a mat-like member made of a spongy member or continuous foam, which suppresses the rapid flow of water when getting on and off the bed or turning over, suppressing the oscillation of the bed itself, and providing a sense of stability. It is an improved version.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the prior art, the present invention forms a bag-like sealed container with a rectangular planar shape using a watertight flexible sheet, and a synthetic resin or ceramic container is placed inside the sealed container. An inner bag containing a predetermined amount of bead-like members made of aluminum is provided, and the inner bag is made of a material through which liquid can flow and has approximately the same shape as the airtight container and is partitioned into a plurality of chambers. The present invention provides a water bed characterized by being filled with water, and since the bead-like members are stored in an inner bag and then placed in a sealed container, even if water moves, the bead-like members do not move. There was almost no movement, which made it possible to maintain the bed's shape and maintain the body's posture even if part of the bed was raised. Furthermore, by connecting a water tank to a part of the sealed container via a conduit,
The amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted as appropriate each time, which also makes it possible to maintain the shape of the bed.

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. Reference numeral 1 denotes a waterbed body, and the waterbed is a bag-shaped sealed container made of synthetic resin and made of a watertight flexible sheet and having a rectangular planar shape. 2, and in the airtight container, synthetic resin or ceramic bead-shaped members 3 and water 4 are placed.
to form a matte shape as a whole. In this case, the bead-like member 3 is stored in the sealed container 2 in a state in which it is stored in the inner bag 5 in advance. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner bag 5 is formed of a water-permeable woven fabric or a net-like member into a bag shape and approximately the same shape as the airtight container 2, and the bead-like member 3 accommodated therein is large. In order to prevent movement, the bead-shaped members 3 are divided into a plurality of chambers by forming, for example, a lattice-shaped first part 5a, and a predetermined amount of bead-shaped members 3 are stored approximately equally in each chamber. In this case, the bead-like members 3 stored in each chamber are not tightly packed together.
Make sure to store it with enough room. By storing the bead-like member 3 in the inner bag 5 in advance and then disposing the inner bag 5 inside the airtight container 2 in this way, movement of the bead-like member 3 is suppressed and the portion of the airtight container 2 In addition, the inner bag itself allows water to flow and prevents the bead-like member from moving unintentionally, thereby increasing the stability of the waterbed body 1. The sealed container 2 is made of a flexible sheet, and the flexible sheet is made of, for example, rubber, a soft synthetic resin sheet, or a composite material of these materials and cloth, and the overall shape is It is shaped like a bag and is watertight. The overall volume ratio of the bead-like members 3 and water 4 housed in the airtight container 2 is 50-60% of the bead-like members and 40-50% of the water, preferably 55:45.
Therefore, it is better to have more bead-like members than water. The bead-like member 3 may be made of foamed polystyrene resin or hollow beads of glass, and the beads of the hat may be of approximately the same size. However, it is also possible to use a mix of sizes. For example, if only water is stored in the airtight container 2, approximately 9 in 120 can be stored, but the volume ratio is approximately 4.
5%, its weight is approximately 53 kg, and since the bead-shaped member 3 to be stored is actually measured to be 3.3 kg, the weight of the waterbed body 1 is approximately 56.1 g, which is significantly aged. It is. A water tank 8 is connected to the airtight container 2 in communication via a conduit 6 and a valve 7, and the water tank allows the amount of water in the airtight container 2 to be adjusted each time according to the state of use. It has become. Furthermore, a plurality of water injection or air release valves 9 are attached to the closed container 2. In the figure, the reference numeral 10 is a bed stand, and the reference numeral 11 is a gear up stand. The waterbed main body 1 configured as described above is used as a normal bed while being placed on the bed base 10 equipped with a catch function, and as shown in FIG. The main body 1 deforms evenly along the undulations of the body, so that the load is not concentrated locally at the contact area between the body and the bed main body, and the load is not concentrated in the area where the body is in contact. A layer of water 4a is formed, and the rough feel ' peculiar to beads is almost eliminated. From this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the gear-up function is activated to raise the Gatch table 11, thereby also raising a part of the waterbed body 1. At this time, the bead-like members 3 housed in the inner bag 5 do not flow together with the water 4, and only the water 4 flows downward through the water-permeable inner bag 5, and the bead-like members 3 are in the upright portion. It will remain as it is. In other words, the volume ratio of the stored bead-like members 3 exceeds 50%, and the water 4 fills the spaces between the bead-like members, so that the water existing between the bead-like members is absorbed into the water bed main body 1. As the water inclines, the beads flow down one after another, and the movement of each bead-like member 3 is suppressed by the inner bag, and as the water flows down, the pressure is reduced, so that each bead-like member 3 is placed in a solid state next to each other. However, the thickness of the part of the waterbed body 1 that stands up remains almost unchanged. In this case, a layer of water is not formed in the part of the body that is in contact with the body, but a layer of water is still formed in the part that is subject to a large load, resulting in a local concentration of load. This is to prevent In any case, even if a part of the bed body is raised by driving the gear-up function, the bead-like members 3 will not flow down, and only the water existing in the gaps between the bead-like members will flow down, forming a bead-like shape. The shape is maintained by the members, and gears can be easily changed. Also, if you want to increase the amount of water for use,
If you want to open the valve 7 and inject a predetermined amount of water from the water tank 8 into the sealed container 2, but on the other hand, you want to reduce the amount of water,
The water bed can be used in an appropriate state according to the usage condition by simply discharging water from the sealed container into the water tank.

As explained above, the waterbed according to the present invention is
forming a bag-like airtight container having a planar rectangular shape with a watertight flexible sheet, and arranging an inner bag containing a predetermined amount of synthetic resin or ceramic bead-like members in the airtight container;
The inner bag is made of a material through which liquid can flow, and has approximately the same shape as the sealed container, and is partitioned into a plurality of chambers, and the sealed container is filled with water. By storing it in the inner bag, even if water moves, the movement of the bead-like member and the partial expansion of the sealed container are suppressed. Therefore, even if it is a water bed, it is possible to lift a part of the bed body by gearing up. Even if there is a top, the bed shape can be maintained stably and the body posture can be maintained, which is an excellent effect. In addition, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time. It also has excellent effects. Furthermore, by increasing the volume ratio of the bead-like members to be filled with water, the water bed body is significantly lighter, making it easier to handle, and the bed shape can be maintained even when geared up. It also has the excellent effect of making it possible.
