Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the form of a bed and to hold the position of a body even when a part of the bed is swell by filling beak-shaped members made of a synthetic resin or ceramics and water into a bag-shaped closed container which is made of watertight flexible sheet and is formed to a plane rectangle. CONSTITUTION:A water bed 1 is constituted of a bag-shaped closed container 2 which is made of a synthetic resin and watertight flexible sheet and is formed to a plane rectangle. Into said closed container, a bead-shaped member 3 made of a synthetic resin or ceramics and water 4 are filled to form to a mat shape as a whole. The outside thereof is coated with an outer film 5 made of flexible material to have a double structure. The flexible sheet is composed of for instance, of rubber, soft synthetic resin sheet or the composite material of these materials and a cloth to form a watertight bag shape. In this case, the volume efficiency of the bead members 3 and water 4 is water at 40 to 50% to the bead-shaped members at 50 to 60%, preferably, 55:45, and the bead-shaped members may be preferably more than the water.

[Prior Art 1] Waterbeds of various constructions containing this type of water are well known. -Many membrane waterbeds are simply a bag-like member filled with water, which not only increases the weight of the bed itself, but also makes it difficult for the user to get on and off the bed or turn over. At times, the water inside flows and the bed itself sways, resulting in a lack of stability. This problem was solved in the earlier applications filed by the same applicant, JP-A-63-84506 and JP-A-63-125.
The invention disclosed in Publication No. 214 is well known. In the inventions of these earlier applications, together with water inside the bag-like member,
It has a structure that houses a mat-like member made of a spongy member or continuous foam, which suppresses the rapid flow of water when getting on and off the bed or turning over, suppressing the rocking of the bed itself, and providing a sense of stability. It is an improved version. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The invention of the earlier application related to the conventional example can be highly evaluated in terms of improving the sense of stability and reducing the weight. When the bed is applied to a bed (as described above), the water and mat-like material in the lifted part tend to move lower, and are therefore gathered together at the bottom, changing the shape of the bed and making it impossible to maintain the body's posture. New problems have arisen. [Means for Solving the Problems 1] As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention forms a bag-like sealed container having a planar rectangular shape with a watertight flexible sheet, and The present invention provides a water bed characterized by filling a container with bead-like members made of synthetic resin or ceramic and water, and by filling the bead-like members together, water movement is prevented. However, the bead-like members hardly moved, and as a result, even if a portion of the bed was raised, the bed shape could be maintained and the body's posture could be maintained. Furthermore, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, mold in the water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time.
This also makes it possible to maintain the bed shape. [Example 1] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. Reference numeral 1 denotes a waterbed body, and the waterbed is a bag made of synthetic resin and having a watertight flexible sheet and having a rectangular shape in plan view. A sealed container 2 having a shape is formed, and bead-shaped members 3 made of synthetic resin or ceramic and water 4 are placed in the sealed container.
The matte-like structure is formed as a whole, and the outside is further covered with a skin 5 made of a flexible material to form a double structure. The flexible sheet is made of, for example, a rubber or soft synthetic resin sheet, or a composite material of these materials and cloth, and has a bag-like overall shape and is watertight. In this case, the volume ratio of the bead-like members 3 to water 4 is 50-60% of the bead-like members and 40-50% of the water, preferably 55:45, with the bead-like members being larger than the water. The more the better. Further, the bead-like member 3 is made of, for example, foamed polystyrene resin formed into a bead shape or glass formed into a hollow bead, and the beads may have approximately the same size. However, it is also possible to use a mix of sizes. If water, for example, is stored in the airtight container 2, it will weigh approximately 120 kg.
However, since the volume ratio is approximately 45%, its weight is approximately 53 kg, and the actual weight of the bead-shaped member to be stored is 3.3 Ky, so the weight of the waterbed main body 1 is approximately 56°3. kg, which is a significant weight reduction. A water tank 8 is connected to the airtight container 2 in communication via a conduit 6 and a valve 7, and the water tank allows the amount of water in the airtight container 2 to be adjusted each time according to the state of use. It has become. Furthermore, a plurality of water injection or air handling valves 9 are attached to the closed container 2. In the figure, numeral 10 is a bed table, and 11 is a catch-up table. The water bed main body 1 configured in this way is used as a normal bed while being placed on the bed base 10 equipped with a gatch function, and as shown in FIG. 3, when lying on the bed, the bed main body 1 is deformed evenly along the undulations of the body, and the load is not concentrated locally at the contact area between the body and the bed body, and a thin layer of water is applied to the area where the body is in contact. The layer 4a is formed, and the rough feel peculiar to beads is almost eliminated. From this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the gear catch-up function is activated to raise the gear stand 11, thereby also raising a part of the waterbed body 1. At this time, the bead-like members 3 and water 4 stored in the airtight container 2 do not flow together, but only the water 4 flows downward, and the bead-like members 3 remain as they are in the upright part. It becomes like this. In other words, the volume ratio of the stored bead-like members 3 exceeds 50%, and the water 4 fills the spaces between the bead-like members, so that the water existing between the bead-like members is absorbed into the water bed main body 1. As the bead-like members 3 are positioned adjacent to each other in a solid state and do not move, the thickness of the part of the waterbed body 1 that is upright will hardly change. There is no. In this case, a layer of water is not formed in the part that is in contact with the body, but
Water reservoirs are still formed in areas where heavy loads are applied, preventing the burden from concentrating in one area. In any case, even if a part of the bed body is raised by driving the gear-up function, the bead-like members 3 will not flow down, and only the water existing in the gaps between the bead-like members will flow down, forming a bead-like shape. The shape is maintained by the members, making it easy to catch up. In addition, if you want to increase the amount of water in use,
If you want to inject a predetermined amount of water into the sealed container 2 from the water tank 8 by turning on the valve 7, and on the other hand, if you want to reduce the amount of water,
The water bed can be used in an appropriate state according to the usage condition by simply discharging water from the sealed container into the water tank. [Effect of the invention 1] As explained above, the water bed according to the present invention has
A bag-like airtight container with a planar rectangular shape is formed from a watertight flexible sheet, and the airtight container is filled with bead-like members made of synthetic resin or ceramic and water. By filling the bead-like members together, there is almost no movement of the bead-like members even though water may move. Therefore, even if a water bed is used, even if a part of the bed body is lifted due to gear up, the bed will not move. It has the excellent effect of maintaining its shape and making it possible to maintain the body's posture. In addition, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time. It also has excellent effects. Furthermore, by increasing the capacity of the bead-like members and water to be filled, the bed body is significantly lighter, and the bed shape can be maintained even when changing gears. It is also effective.
