、第４図は各赤外線ヒータのＡＬＣパネルに対す
る対向位置の変化を示す図である。 図面中、２は乾燥装置、４，５，６はコンベア
、７はＡＬＣパネル（被加熱物）、８は乾燥室、
９は赤外線ヒータ（線状熱源）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ コンベアに載せた複数の板状をなす被加熱物
    に対向して複数の線状熱源を前記コンベアの送り
    方向に対し横並びとなるように配置し、前記コン
    ベアを所定ピツチで間欠的に駆動することにより
    前記被加熱物を所定の停止位置で停止させながら
    間欠的に送るようにしたものにおいて、前記停止
    位置にある各被加熱物に対する前記各線状熱源の
    対向位置が互いに重ならないように設定したこと
    を特徴とする加熱装置。 ２ コンベアに載せた複数の板状をなす被加熱物
    に対向して各線状熱源を前記コンベアの送り方向
    に対し横並びとなるように配置し、前記コンベア
    を所定ピツチで間欠的に駆動することにより前記
    被加熱物を所定の停止位置で停止させながら間欠
    的に送るようにしたものにおいて、前記線状熱源
    群を前記コンベアの送り方向に直交する線を基準
    に対称配置し、その対称単位領域内で前記停止位
    置にある各被加熱物に対する前記各線状熱源の対
    向位置が互いに重ならないように設定したことを
    特徴とする加熱装置。
