When applying different colors to areas, especially when painting ridges in different colors, it is possible to use the so-called gradation coating method, which is extremely superior in terms of design, as opposed to the traditional wiping method. Provides a fabric wall ridge coating method that improves workability and shortens working time, does not require operator skill, and eliminates stains on the fabric wall during ridge coating, and is extremely suitable for use. It's about doing.

Due to these disadvantages, cloth walls are rarely used in their original color.

In the case of paint, it is often used to form a protective film and enjoy the free coloring that the paint has.

The inventors have already developed a coating method in which the fabric wall 1 is tertiary rolled until the outline of the threads is clearly defined, and then dried for a required period of time.

After the coating material 5 is uniformly applied to the entire fabric wall 1 in advance by the coating method shown in FIGS. When trying to paint, the difference in height (ridge height) between the ridges 6 and troughs 7 of the fabric wall 1 is extremely small (usually 1 mm or less), so the application body 9 of the roller 4
However, as shown in FIG. 8, dirt 10 has slipped off the ridges 6 and is present in some parts of the valleys 7 that do not require painting.
Up until now, a so-called staining phenomenon had appeared on the cloth wall 1, in which a painted material 5 similar to the ridge portion 6 was attached.

Many places use a separate ridge painting method in which only the painted material 8 on the ridges 6 is wiped off with a cloth.

However, the coating formed a film partially, which made it difficult to obtain the color of the initial uniform coating film, making it difficult to obtain the desired finished color.

せんとしたものである。(Solution Means) The inventors have arrived at this invention as a result of intensive research in light of the above circumstances. Namely, this invention is a method for improving the ridges and troughs of a cloth wall in which the outermost layer of the inner wall is cloth. This is a fabric wall ridge painting method in which each area is painted in a different color. First, the ridges and valleys of the fabric wall are painted uniformly, and then this paint is rubbed with a roller, and the ridges and valleys are painted in different colors. After this initial uniform paint film has been formed, the above method is repeated to apply a different color of paint to the initial uniform coating of the ridges and valleys. A roller consisting of a core material and a coating body is used to uniformly apply the coating onto the coating film, and before this secondary coating film is formed, especially before the coating on the ridges is formed, a roller consisting of a core material and a coating body is used. The thickness of this coating is b, the thickness of this applied body when compressed is a,
Also, when the ridge height is A, the thickness b of the coated body is smaller than the sum of the ridge height A and the compressed thickness a of the coated body (formula 1 below). By providing a fabric wall ridge painting method that involves absorbing and lifting the initial paint color of the ridges, a so-called gradation painting method can be adopted, especially when painting the ridges in a different color. This method is not a brightly divided painting method like the conventional method, but it is extremely superior in terms of design, and it is especially suitable because it improves workability and time when painting separately even if the worker is not a skilled worker, and can eliminate stains on fabric walls. The purpose of this project is to provide a fabric wall ridge coating method that can be used to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method.

その効果、特徴がより発揮できる工法でもある。 In particular, this invention uses a roller to suck up the paint on the ridges, and in order to further shorten the work time, it is also effective by using a method in which the paint is sucked up in advance with a roller and then wiped lightly with a cloth. It is also a construction method that can make the most of its characteristics.

This is a ridge painting method, in which the ridges and valleys of the cloth wall are first painted uniformly, and then this paint is rubbed with a roller to remove at least the fibers in the ridges and troughs. After this initial uniform paint film is formed, a different color of paint is applied uniformly on the initial uniform paint film of the ridges and valleys by repeating the above method, Before this secondary coating film is formed, especially before the paint on the ridges is formed, a roller consisting of a core material and a coating body is used, and the thickness of this coating body is at least b, and the thickness of this coating body is When the thickness when compressed is a and the ridge height is A, the thickness of the applied body is b
Using a roller that is smaller than the sum of the ridge height A and the compressed thickness a of the coated body (formula 1 below), the paint on the ridges is sucked up to bring out the initial paint color on the ridges. Since b<(A+a)...(1), the so-called gradation painting method can be adopted especially when painting the ridges in a different color, making it possible to apply the same brightness as with the conventional method. It is not a dividing method, but is extremely superior in terms of design, improves workability during dividing, and can particularly eliminate stains on fabric walls, and has the effect of becoming a fabric wall ridge coating method that can be used extremely favorably.

A fabric wall ridge painting method in which the ridges and valleys of a fabric wall whose outermost layer is fabric are each painted in different colors, which first coats the ridges and troughs of the fabric wall in different colors. The troughs are uniformly coated, and then this paint is rubbed with a roller to make the fibers in at least the ridges stand out among the ridges and troughs, and this initial uniform coating film is formed. Later, by repeating the above method, a different color of paint is uniformly applied on the initial uniform coating film on the ridges and valleys, and before this second coating film is formed, the coating is coated uniformly on the ridges and troughs. Before the paint forms a film, a roller consisting of a core material and an application body is used, when the thickness of this application body is at least b, the thickness of this application body when compressed is a, and the ridge height is A. The thickness b of the coated body is smaller than the sum of the ridge height A and the compressed thickness a of the coated body (formula 1 below).A roller is used to absorb the paint from this ridge, and the initial coating of the ridge is completed. A fabric wall ridge painting method that involves making the colors stand out. b<(A+a)…(1)
