いた毛はローラ本体１２の凹所１３以外の表面に高分子
エマルション等を用いて仮止めの接着を行なって突出部
１５を形成する。高分子エマルションとしてはＳＢＲラ
テックス，ＥＶＡエマルション，アクリルエマルショ
ン，酢酸ビニルエマルション，スチレン・アクリルエマ
ルションの何れかを用いることができ、以下の説明の各
場合も同様である。次にローラ本体１２の周囲に真綿を
例えば５回程度等延ばしながら巻回して真綿部材１６と
し、高分子エマルションに浸ける。次に段ボール或はベ
ニヤ板等に沿って例えば１００回位等多数回ローラ水体
１２を転動させる。真綿部材１６のよりの状態を見なが
ら更に真綿を延ばしながら例えば５回程度巻回して真綿
部材１６を追加し、高分子エマルションに浸け、その後
水に浸ける。この場合図３に示すように突出部１５がロ
ーラ本体１２から分離して遊動可能な遊動物１７と成
り、着色仕上用ローラ１０が完成する。この着色仕上用
ローラ１０の真綿部材１６は転動させることにより各部

できることになる。また、周縁部付近で着色仕上用ロー
ラ１０が使用できない部分では鏝を使用するが、この鏝
は化学繊維を用いて作ったものから部分的に適当個数の
凹所を形成し、かつ着色仕上用ローラ１０で構成した真
綿部材１６及び遊動物１７を取外してこれに取付けて使
用する。また、万一同じ模様が出るようになりこれを避
けたい場合には真綿部材１６及び遊動物１７を取外して
