Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 shows a colored finish of a bare concrete surface according to the present invention.
Shown above is a suitable colored finishing roller 10. This coloring finish
As shown in FIG. 2, the roller is formed from a commercially available roller body 12 made of synthetic fiber such as wool, for example, from 25 to
The fibers are collectively pulled out at 50 places and the like, for example, a diameter of 5 to 10
A large number of recesses 13 of about mm are formed. The collectively extracted hairs are temporarily fixed to the surface of the roller body 12 other than the recesses 13 by using a polymer emulsion or the like to form the protrusions 15. As the polymer emulsion, any of SBR latex, EVA emulsion, acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate emulsion, and styrene / acryl emulsion can be used, and the same applies to each of the following descriptions. Next, the cotton is wound around the roller body 12 while being stretched, for example, approximately five times to form a cotton member 16 and immersed in the polymer emulsion. Next, the roller water body 12 is rolled many times, for example, about 100 times, along a corrugated cardboard or a plywood plate. While watching the twisted state of the cotton member 16, it is wound, for example, about five times while further spreading the cotton, to add the cotton member 16, dipped in the polymer emulsion, and then dipped in water. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 15 is separated from the roller main body 12 to become a movable animal 17 and the coloring finishing roller 10 is completed. The cotton member 16 of the coloring finishing roller 10 is made to roll so that the fiber of each part is in various states.

Next, a material obtained by mixing a coloring material composed of a pigment, a polymer emulsion, and water is applied to perform a coloring finish.
As the pigment, black, blue, green, and red can be mixed or used alone, but mainly black is used. In this case, it was found that the use of the coloring finishing roller 10 could produce a pattern having the same feeling as that of bare concrete. This is due to the fact that the cotton member 16 is twisted, and the state of the twist changes during use to form various patterns. Further, in the recess 13, the color becomes light even if there is a portion where the cotton member 16 is twisted, and in the portion where the constantly moving animal 17 is located, the color becomes dark when the portion where the cotton member 16 is twisted. And the coloring becomes light and shade. In addition, an iron is used in a portion near the peripheral portion where the coloring finishing roller 10 cannot be used. However, this iron partially forms an appropriate number of recesses from those made using chemical fibers. In addition, the cotton member 16 and the animal 17 constituted by the coloring finishing roller 10 are detached and attached to them for use. If the same pattern appears and it is desired to avoid it, the cotton member 16 and the play animal 17 may be removed and recreated.

Next, for example, when an acrylic synthetic polymer emulsion is applied in an amount of 180 to 200 g / m 2 as a sealer, the previous color can be maintained. Next, a waterproof finish using a waterproof protective material is performed to prevent water permeation. As this material, a fluorine resin can be applied to the entire surface. Alternatively, for example, a non-yellow acrylic urethane top having a ratio of 1: 1 of a main agent and a curing agent commercially available from Cell Kensou Kogyo Co., Ltd. may be applied at 150 to 180 g / m 2 and dried. The exposed concrete surface can be formed by the above steps.

Since the coloring finishing roller 10 according to the present invention is constructed as described above, the surface of a building made of metal such as wood or iron, such as plywood, glass, or old tiles, or light air bubbles is used. Colored finishes are used so that inexpensive structures such as concrete or concrete blocks, or mortar walls, etc. can provide an expensive concrete feel.
It has the effect of being able to do it.
