Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水中に沈設する水処理機械の回転軸受に用
いるメタルすべり軸受の軸受メタルの内部の所定
深部に、この軸受メタルの摩耗所定量を検知する
メタル摩耗量検知手段を配設したことを特徴とす
る水処理機械用軸受装置。 (2) 前記メタル摩耗量検知手段として、軸受メ
タル内部の所定深部に、絶縁被覆付き電導体を1
組もしくは複数組嵌め込み、メタルの摩耗が所定
量に達すると、前記絶縁被覆が削り取られ、導通
を得ることによつて生ずる電気信号により摩耗を
検知するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記
載の水処理機械用軸受装置。 (3) 前記メタル摩耗量検知手段として、軸受メ
タル内部の所定深部に光フアイバーケーブルを嵌
め込み、メタルの摩耗が所定量に達すると、光フ
アイバーケーブルが破断されることによつて生ず
る電気信号により摩耗を検知するようにしたこと
を特徴とする請求項1記載の水処理機械用軸受装
置。
