  1. ヘツド基板の一方の面に電極を含む発熱抵抗体
    を設け、他方の面にドライブＩＣを含む駆動回路
    を配設し、上記電極と上記駆動回路とを上記ヘツ
    ド基板内においてスルーホール接続したことを特
    徴とするサーマルヘツド。
