Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize even a steel plate of narrow width for an elbow forming stock by placing a center division part steel plate stock and both right and left division steel plate stocks being in an opposed state so as to be made adjacent to each other alternately, setting the breadth of both of them so as to become equal and executing the blanking. CONSTITUTION:A part which cuts and eliminates both edge parts of an elbow forming use steel plate stock becomes a center division part steel plate stock 2. Both left and right edge parts which are cut become division steel plate stocks 3, 4. The sum of width of the center division part steel plate stock 2 and width of the left and right division steel plate stocks 3, 4 are set to the same dimension. Width of a standard length steel plate 1 is allowed to conform with width of the steel plate stock 2. Subsequently, the center division part steel plate stock 2 and both the left and right split steel plate stocks 3, 4 being in an opposed state are made adjacent to each other alternately and placed, the breadth of both of them is set equally and the blanking is executed. In such a way, even a steel plate of narrow width can be utilized effectively for an elbow forming stock.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming according to the present invention is to form a bending abdomen on both left and right sides from a conventional steel sheet material B for elbow forming. A center-divided steel plate material 2 for elbow forming having a shape obtained by cutting and removing the portion near c and c in the longitudinal direction, and a bending abdomen forming edge of each other and having a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion. Part c
, the left-side split steel plate material 3 for elbow forming and the right-side split steel plate material 4 for elbow forming, which are arranged with their c portions facing each other, are cut into a steel plate 1 of a standard width, and the relevant edge is cut into the steel plate. 1, and are arranged alternately and in multiple stages in the longitudinal direction, and the edges to be cut are formed as joining edges 2a, 2b, 3a, and 4a, respectively, and further, The mutual adjacency form of each stage is determined by the bent abdomen forming edge c of the opposing left and right divided steel plate materials 3 and 4, the upper end opening surface portion forming edge a, a near the c portion, or the lower end opening. The edges a and b for forming the surface portion form the upper end opening surface portion forming edge a or the lower end opening surface portion of the center dividing portion steel plate material 2 of the step portion adjacent to this concave arc edge. The convex arc edges drawn by the forming edge are protruded into and adjacent to each other, and the above-described center dividing portion steel plate material 2 and left side dividing portion steel plate material 3,
The dimensional ratio of the width of the right side divided steel plate material 4 is such that the width of the center divided steel plate material 2 is equal to the overall width of the left and right divided steel plate materials 3 and 4 facing each other as described above. It is characterized by being set as follows.

(Effects of the Invention) The method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming according to the present invention is to vertically cut and remove the edges c and c-side portions for forming bent abdomens on both left and right sides from the conventional steel sheet material B for elbow forming. The central divided steel plate material 2 for elbow forming has a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion, and the bending abdomen forming edge portions c and c of the steel plate material 2 are arranged so as to face each other. A left-side split steel plate material 3 for elbow forming and a right-side split steel plate material 4 for elbow forming are attached to a steel plate 1 of a standard width.
Since the boards are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction and adjacent to each other in multiple stages for boarding, the generation of leftover material due to the boarding is significantly reduced. Therefore, by reducing the amount of materials used, the product price can be significantly reduced.

In other words, with the conventional sheet cutting method as shown in FIG. 5, a steel plate material C for elbow forming having a shape equal to the developed shape of the required elbow is produced from a fixed length steel plate A, and the yield rate is low. is considered extremely bad,
According to the method according to the present invention, such triangular residual material C is not generated at all, so that the purpose of reducing the amount of materials used can be achieved.

Furthermore, the method for cutting a steel plate material for elbow forming according to the present invention is to adjust the width dimension ratio of the center dividing portion steel sheet material 2, the left side dividing portion steel sheet material 3, and the right side dividing portion steel sheet material 4 to the center dividing portion steel sheet material 4. Since the width of the steel plate material 2 is set equal to the overall width of the left and right divided steel plate materials 3 and 4 facing each other as described above, the steel plate of the standard width to be used is , one having half the width of the standard length steel plate A used in the past will suffice. In other words, the method according to the present invention does not have the limitation that the fixed-length steel plate A used must have a width equal to at least the width of the steel plate material B for elbow forming, which has arisen in the past. Even steel plates narrower than the specified width, which would have been discarded in the conventional method, can be used in the method according to the present invention.

The elbow according to the present invention includes a centrally divided steel plate material 2 for elbow forming, which has a shape obtained by cutting and removing the bending abdomen forming edges c and c-side portions of the left and right sides of the conventional steel plate material B in the longitudinal direction. , a joining edge 2a in which a left-side split steel plate material 3 for elbow forming and a right-side split steel plate material 4 for elbow forming, each having a shape corresponding to the cut and removed portion, are formed on these cut edges; The materials used in 2b, 3a, and 4a can be reduced by welding. The existence of the welded part between the central dividing part steel plate material 2 and the left and right divided part steel plate materials 3 and 4 does not pose any hindrance in the actual use of the elbow, so the existence of the welded part contributes to the above-mentioned reduction in the amount of materials used. It does not become a compensatory negative factor for achieving a positive effect.
