Abstract

PURPOSE:To curtail a stock used for forming an elbow and to realize the inexpensiveness of the cost of a product by blanking the stock in a provided state that a one body-like elbow forming use steel plate stock and an opposed equal division-like steel plate stock are made adjacent alternately. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate 1 of standard width whose breadth conforms with breadth of an elbow forming use steel plate stock 2 is used. The one body-like elbow forming use steel plated stock 2, and that which allows equal division-like steel plate stocks 3, 4 of a shape which cuts said steel plate blank 2 by a longitudinal center line to oppose each other are made adjacent alternately and provided on the steel plate 1. In this state, blanking is executed. In such a way, the stock used for forming an elbow is curtailed, and the inexpensiveness of the cost of a product can be realized.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is applicable to forming an elbow using a steel plate as a raw material.
The production of steel sheets for multiple -In/revolving steel sheets from steel sheets of a fixed width can be made extremely rationally by minimizing the generation of residual materials, thus reducing the amount of materials used. The present invention also relates to a method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming, which is characterized by a significant reduction in manufacturing costs, and to an elbow formed using this steel sheet material.

In this case, as shown in Fig. 7, since the elbow has the same shape as the required unfolded shape of the elbow for the regular length steel plate A, there is a triangular residual material C between each punched material as shown in the same figure. Therefore, the yield rate was extremely poor. In recent years, expensive stainless steel sheets have been widely used as the material for forming elbows, and the poor yield of these materials has inevitably led to a rise in product prices. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for cutting a steel plate material for elbow forming according to the present invention provides a standard cutting method in which the width is matched with the width of the steel plate material for elbow forming. A wood-like steel plate material 2 for elbow forming, which has the same shape as the conventional steel plate material B for elbow forming, with respect to the steel plate 1,
The wood-like steel plate material 2 is shaped like being cut along its longitudinal center line, and the edge side of the steel plate 1 is provided with a joining edge 3a,
Equally divided side cane steel plate materials 3 and 4 for elbow forming, which are arranged opposite to each other and are arranged as shown in FIG. The facing form of the materials 3 and 4 is made such that the bent abdomen forming edges c and c of the equally divided steel sheet materials 3 and 4 are opposed to each other, and - the wood-like steel sheet material 2, etc. Minute cane steel plate material 3
. The upper end opening surface portion forming edge a is arranged so as to protrude into and adjoin the concave arcuate edge drawn by a, and furthermore, the next step integral steel plate material 2 is formed by the upper end opening surface portion forming edge a. The convex arch wires are arranged so as to protrude into and adjacent to the concave arc-shaped edges drawn by the lower end opening surface forming edges of the equally divided side cane steel plate materials 3 and 4, and are integrally formed as described above. This is characterized in that the steel plate blanks 2 and the opposing equally divided side steel plate blanks 3.4 are alternately arranged adjacent to each other and then cut out.

(Function) The wood-like steel sheet material 2 for elbow forming, which has been cut out based on the method according to the present invention described above, is subjected to a known compression molding process to produce a shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. , the equally divided side cane steel plate material 3.4 for elbow forming, which has a form completely unchanged from the conventional one, has its mutual joining edges 3a, 4a.
By welding and connecting the parts, and then performing a known compression molding process, as shown in Figs. In addition to the welded portion P, the welded portion Q of the joining edges 3a and 4a described above is formed on the surface thereof. However, the presence of the welded portion Q does not cause any problem in actual use as an elbow.

In other words, with the conventional planing method as shown in Fig. 7, a residual material C of the steel plate for elbow forming, which has a shape equal to the unfolded shape of the required elbow, is inevitably generated for the regular length steel plate A. However, according to the method according to the present invention, such triangular residual material C is not generated at all, so that the purpose of reducing the amount of materials used can be achieved. .

In the elbow according to the present invention, the equally divided side cane steel plate materials 3 and 4 for elbow forming, which have the cut ends as the joining edges 3a and 4a, are packed with the joining edges 3a and 4a, and the above-mentioned This results in a reduction in the amount of materials used. The presence of the welded parts to the joining edges 3a and 4a does not pose any hindrance in the actual use of the elbow, so the presence of the welded parts has a compensatory negative effect on the above-mentioned effect of reducing the amount of materials used. It cannot be a factor.

A one-piece steel plate material 2, which has a shape similar to that of the one-piece steel plate material 2 cut along its longitudinal center line, and is arranged so as to face each other, with the edge sides of the steel plate 1 serving as joining edges 3a, 4a. Equally divided steel plate material for elbow forming 3, 4
are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate 1 having a fixed width, and the above-mentioned equally divided side cane steel plate materials 3 and 4 are arranged in opposing form,
The equally divided steel plate materials 3 and 4 are placed in a state in which the edges c and c for forming the bent abdomen are opposed to each other, and the integral steel sheet material 2 and the equally divided side cane steel sheet materials 3 and 4 are made to face each other. , the convex arc edge drawn by the edge b for forming the lower end opening surface of the elbow in the integral steel plate material 2 is connected to the equally divided steel plate materials 3 and 4 in the opposing state.
The upper end opening surface portion forming edge portions a of the elbow are protruded into and adjacent to the concave arc-shaped edge drawn by a, and the next step integral steel plate material 2 is disposed for forming the upper end opening surface portion thereof. Edge a
The convex arc edge drawn by is arranged so as to protrude into and adjacent to the concave arc edge drawn by the lower end opening surface forming edges b and b of the equally divided steel plate materials 3 and 4, and as described above. A method for cutting a steel sheet material for elbow forming, which comprises cutting a one-piece steel sheet material 2 and opposing equally divided steel sheet materials 3 and 4 in a state in which they are alternately arranged adjacent to each other.

(2) Equally divided steel sheet materials 3 and 4 for elbow forming, which have the same shape as the conventional steel sheet material B for elbow forming cut along its longitudinal centerline, and whose cut ends serve as joining edges 3a and 4a. The elbow is press-formed using a steel plate material for elbow forming, which is obtained by welding the joining edges 3a and 4a of the above.
