[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field] The present invention relates to a hot water temperature detection device for a bathtub, and more specifically, it is unaffected by the temperature of the outside air outside the bath, and detects water temperature in the center of the bath without having to plunge deeply into the bath. The present invention relates to technology for detecting temperature.

Conventionally, in order to detect the temperature inside a bathtub, as shown in Fig. 1, a highly thermally conductive metal heat receiving element 5' penetrated through the bath wall 1' is packed with a metal nut 8'. 9', and a temperature sensing portion 6' such as a positive temperature coefficient thermistor is embedded and held within the cylindrical heat receiving body 5' with a filler 10'.
However, with this configuration, there was a problem in that a large amount of heat was dissipated from the metal heat receiving element 5' and the nut 8' to the outside of the tank wall 1', and the water temperature was not accurately transmitted to the temperature sensing part 6'. . Also, as shown in Figure 2,
The tank wall 1' is affected by the outside air, and the water temperature near it (indicated by diagonal lines) is lower than the temperature at the center of the bathtub.
Avoid entering the bath wall 1' as much as possible.
When the temperature sensing section 6' was provided as described above so as not to interfere with bathing, there was a problem that the temperature at the center of the bathtub could not be detected.

This invention has a rational structure that suppresses heat dissipation from the heat receiving part to the outside of the bathtub, and also eliminates the need for the heat receiving part to protrude too far into the bathtub and interfere with bathing. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathtub water temperature detection device capable of detecting the water temperature of the bathtub.

In the present invention, a sensing holder 3 made of an insulating material with low thermal conductivity is attached to the mounting hole 2 of the tank wall 1, a recess 4 is provided in the sensing holder 3, and the bottom of the recess 4 is larger than the diameter D of the recess 4. A bottomed cylindrical heat receiving body 5 made of metal with a small diameter and high thermal conductivity is attached, a heat receiving flange 12 is formed around the tip of the heat receiving body 5, and a special thermistor-like member is installed inside the cylindrical body of the heat receiving body 5. This relates to a hot water temperature detecting device for a bathtub, which is provided with a temperature sensing section 6, and has a lead wire 7 from the temperature sensing section 6 passed through a sensing holder 3 and led out to the outside of the bath wall 1, and is configured in this way. As a result, we were able to achieve the above objectives.

以下本考案の実施例を図面に基いて詳述する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

A sensor holder 3 having a hat-shaped cross section is inserted into a mounting hole 2 penetrating through the tank wall 1 through a rubber gasket 9 and a nut 8.
It is installed at. The sensing holder 3 is made of a material with low thermal conductivity, such as plastic or electrical insulating material. The sensing holder 3 is provided with a recess 4, and at the bottom of the recess 4 is a bottomed cylindrical heat receiving body 5 made of metal with a diameter smaller than the diameter D of the recess 4 and having high thermal conductivity.
is installed. A heat receiving collar 12 is provided at the tip of the heat receiving body 5.
is formed around the entire circumference. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the hot water sufficiently enters the circumference of the heat receiving body 5, and the temperature of the hot water at point e and the point a of the cylinder where it is less affected by the tank wall 1 and the point a. The water temperatures at point b are approximately equal and are not affected by the bath wall 1, that is, the water temperature at the center of the bathtub can be detected.
A highly thermally conductive filler 1 is placed inside the cylindrical heat receiving body 5.
0, a temperature sensing section 6 such as a positive temperature coefficient thermistor is embedded. Then, the lead wire 7 from the temperature sensing section 6 is sealed with a filler 11 filled in the insertion hole 13 of the sensing holder 3, led out to the outside, and connected to a heat source control section (not shown) or the like. The water temperature can be controlled. Like the sensing holder 3, the filling 11 has low thermal conductivity.

In summary, in this invention, the sensing holder that holds the heat receiving part and penetrates the tank wall is made of an insulating material with low thermal conductivity. This has the advantage that heat dissipation around the sensor to the outside of the tank can be greatly suppressed, allowing for accurate water temperature detection. Moreover, a heat receiving element having a diameter smaller than that of the sensing holder is inserted into the recess of the sensing holder, so that hot water can enter the circumference of the heat receiving element, and a heat receiving flange is formed around the tip of the heat receiving element. It is possible to detect the temperature at a point where the water temperature is almost the same as the temperature at the center of the bathtub without having to push inward from the tank wall, and it is possible to detect the temperature at the center of the bathtub without getting in the way when taking a bath. There are advantages.
