本考案は、浴槽の湯温検出装置に関し、詳しく
は槽外部の外気温度に影響されることがなく、槽
内に深く突入しなくても槽中央部の温度検出を行

従来、浴槽内の温度を検出するのには、第1図

ツキン9′を介して締付け固定し、正特性サーミ
スタのような温度感知部6′を充填材10′にて筒
状の受熱体5′内に埋入保持させるものであつた。
ところがこのような構成では、金属製の受熱体
5′とナツト8′から槽壁1′外部に多くの熱を放
散し、温度感知部6′に湯温が正確に伝わらない
という問題があつた。又、第2図に示すように、
槽壁1′は外気の影響を受けてこれの近傍(斜線
で示す)の湯温は浴槽中央部の温度よりも低く、
できるだけ浴壁1′内に突入しない状態にして、
入浴時に邪魔にならないように温度感知部6′を
上記のように設けたとき、浴槽中央部の温度検出
ができないという問題があつた。

うにしてあり、槽壁1に影響されることが少ない
筒所の点eと湯温と点a及び点bの湯温がほぼ等
しくなつて、槽壁1に影響されない、つまり、浴
槽中央部の湯温検出を行なえるようにしてある。
受熱体5の筒状内部には熱伝導性の高い充填材1
0にて正特性サーミスタのような温度感知部6を
埋入してある。そして温度感知部6からのリード
線7を感知ホルダー3の挿通孔13内に充填した
充填物11にてシールを図つて外部に導出し、こ
れを熱源制御部(図示せず)などに接続して、湯
温制御を行なうことができるようにしてある。充
填物11は感知ホルダー3と同様に熱伝導性の低

込み得る構成とし、かつ受熱体の先端周部に受熱
鍔を形成した故、槽壁から内方に大きく突入させ
なくても浴槽中央部温度とほぼしい湯温箇所の温
度検出を行なうことができ、入浴時に邪魔になる
ことがなくて浴槽中央部の湯温検出ができるとい
う利点がある。
