Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an exact temp. sensor with good responsitiveness which is unobstructive at bathing time by providing a sensor holder with a built-in heat sensible element in the dent of a body fitted at the inner circumferential wall of a bathtub. CONSTITUTION:A fitting hole 13 penetrating inside and outside is formed at a part of a circumferential wall of the bathtub 1, a fitting body 3 is inserted from the inside of the bathtub 1 so as to detain a flange 10 to the inner circumferential wall of the bathtub 1, and a nut 14 is screwed for tightening and fixing the body 3 to the protruded part of the bathtub 1 through a packing 15. A heat sensible element 5 is provided in a sensor holder 4 protruded into a dent 2. Hot water in the bathtub 1 is entered the dent 2, whole of the holder 4 is dipped in hot water and the temp. gradient almost disappears. Therefore, the temp. is measured exactly with good responsiveness. Since there is no part protruding into the bathtub 1, the sensor is not obstructive.
