Abstract

PURPOSE:To highten the heat getting effect for ones who are seated in rear seats by forming a heater unit, wired with a heating wire between the layers of deflectable supporting bodies of two fiber-made cloth bodies cladded, disposed between the facing part of the back side of the seat back part of a front seat and an adiabatic material. CONSTITUTION:A heater unit formed cladding a thin fiber-made cloth body 1 and a thick, highly adiabatic fiber-made cloth body 1a and disposing a heating wire 2 between these layers is provided between the facing part 3 on the back side of the seat back part of a front seat and an adiabatic material 4. The thin fiber-made cloth body 1 is provided such as to penetrate easily the radiant heat generated from the heating wire 2, and the thick, highly adiabatic fiber- made cloth body 1a is provided such as to restrain the heat loss generated from the heating wire 2. Crews in the rear seats can be thus warmed from the front by the radiant heat at the heating time by electrifying the heating wire 2.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional heating sheet is constructed of a flexible support made by laminating two sheets of fiber cloth together, and a heating wire wired between the layers of the flexible support. Some heater units are installed in the seat and backrest of the rear seat, and the heat generated from the heating wires is
Heat is transmitted to the human body through the flexible support and the seat skin, that is, heat is collected by heat conduction.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with such a conventional configuration, the human body can only collect heat from the parts that are in contact with the seat skin, and conversely, heat can be collected from the parts of the human body that are not in contact with the seat skin. Due to the temperature difference between the area where the heating is being taken and the area where the heating is being taken, the person will feel noticeably colder than when no heating is being done. Additionally, due to the heating method used by air conditioners, it takes longer for warm air to reach the rear seats in the rear seats than in the front seats when the interior of the car is cold, so passengers have to endure the cold for a long time. .

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the vehicle heating device of the present invention has a heater unit disposed between the skin of the back of the front seat and the heat insulating material. It is possible to take heat from the front of the body of a person sitting. That is, the front side of the human body that is not in contact with the rear seat can be heated in a relatively short period of time, and a comfortable and safe warming device can be provided to the mourner. Furthermore, since the knee area of the human body is heated by radiant heat, there is no discomfort caused by wind, and comfortable warming can be achieved. Especially when used in conjunction with rear seat heaters, it creates a uniform living environment and improves comfort.
