Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザからの光を平行光にするコリメー
ト手段と、前記平行光を受光する回折格子を備え
た光偏向振動子と、この光偏向振動子で反射した
光を集光する集光手段を具備し、前記光偏向振動
子の振動角および反射角を制御する制御装置を備
えたことを特徴とする分光器。
