In order to use one collar inside out, turn the collar shown in Figure 2 inside out and attach the A-line to the collar pins 31 on the front and back parts of Figure 3, so that it can be put on and taken off. When using the most preferable fastener for fixing to the collar, there is a drawback that two rows of fasteners must be attached to the collar due to the structure and function of the fastener.

The present invention provides a collar that can be used inside out with a single collar.
