と係合する鍔部を間に介して偏心ピンが上記本体
の軸線と偏心した位置に設けられたクランプピン
の上記本体を、上記鍔部を上記シート部材の大径
部に係合させて軸線周りに回転自在に挿入し、上
記シート部材上に切刃とされるチツプをその中央
部に形成された取付孔内に上記クランプピンの偏
心ピンを挿入させて載置してなり、上記クランプ
ピンを回動させてその偏心ピンで上記チツプの取
付孔内壁面を上記チツプ取付座の側壁に押圧して
上記チツプを固定するチツプクランプ機構におい
て、上記クランプピンの鍔部の軸線を上記本体の
軸線と一致させたことを特徴とするチツプクラン

クランプピンの本体および鍔部の軸線が上記シー
