Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the sound shutting performance of a floor panel by bridging a floor joist member over within a framework, furnishing an underfloor ground member on the oversurface of the framework, and by installing a heavy sound-shutting plate which is in contact with the undersurface of the underfloor ground member. CONSTITUTION:Framing members are joined together into a rectangle to form a framework 2. A boil member 4 is bridged over within this framework 2, and an underfloor ground member 8 is furnished on the oversurface of the framework 2. Within the framework 2 a heavy sound-shutting plate 10 is arranged in contact with the undersurface of this underfloor ground member 8. This prevents noises and vibrations generated upstairs from conducting to downstairs, and thus comfort in dwelling downstairs can be enhanced.

In a building using the dry method 1 method, the floor panels that form the floor are, for example, as shown schematically in Figure 7 (i.e., a frame A with frame materials arranged in a rectangular shape, a joist material B and a edging material C). After crossing the bridge,
Moreover, floor underlayment material D1 and ceiling underlayment material E were attached to the lower surface. However, when installing such floor panels, it is necessary to use the subfloor material.

Therefore, when such conventional floor panels are used as an upper floor, the sounds of conversations and audio equipment on the floor pass through to the downstairs, and the noise from shocks and vibrations caused by walking and jumping on the floor. is transmitted downstairs without being absorbed much,
This hindered the livability of the house.

When using the floor panel 1 for a Japanese-style room, loosen the nuts, lower the bracket 3, and remove the bracket 13 if necessary.
The support of the sound insulating plate 10 is released by accommodating the sound insulating plate 10 in a side hole or the like. Further, the taken out sound insulating board 10 is attached to the lower surface of the framework 2 as shown in FIG. 5, and used as a base for attaching the ceiling board 7. As the sound insulating board 10, one of the boards 10A to IOC may be used, or all of them may be attached.

The floor panel 1 can be used as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 (by juxtaposing or spanning the floor, it is possible to form an upper floor and a lower floor ceiling. Also, the floor panel 1 can be placed along the outside wall of the house. The long side and the short side are connected to the corner fitting 22 at the upper end of the downstairs wall panel 21,
The inner fitting 23 and the wall panel 21 are fixed by being bolted to each side piece 25 of a connecting fitting 24 that connects the wall panel 21 with a gap therebetween. Fittings 22, 23, 24 also support the upper wall panel 26 at its lower end. Moreover, the indoor side part can be bridged by bolting the short side to the beam material 27 and the long side to the fitting 28. Note that a packing 20 is interposed between the long sides of the floor panel 1 to which the inner metal fittings 23 are connected.
