In a building using the dry construction method, the floor panels that form the floor are, for example, as shown schematically in Figure 6.
Flooring material D and ceiling material E were attached to the top and bottom of the framework A, which was made up of frame materials arranged in a rectangular shape, with joist material B and edging material C placed over it. However, when installing such floor panels, although finishing materials are added to the flooring material D and ceiling material E, impact noise generated by the flooring material easily penetrates downward, resulting in poor sound insulation properties. It was hot.

Therefore, when such conventional floor panels are used as an upper floor, the sounds of conversations and audio equipment on the floor pass through to the downstairs, and also the noise caused by shocks and vibrations caused by walking and jumping on the floor. Noise was transmitted downstairs without being absorbed to a large extent, impeding the livability of the house.

Therefore, as a result of repeated research into improving the sound insulation properties of floor panels, it was discovered that by increasing the weight of the floor panels by installing heavy sound insulation boards, the sound insulation properties could be improved to a considerable extent. At the same time, the present invention was completed by devising a convenient mounting structure for the sound insulation board.

In this way, the floor panel of the present invention has frame materials arranged in a rectangular shape, with joists placed above the frame and edging materials placed below. At the same time, heavy sound insulating boards are attached to the framework using metal fittings that attach to the field edge materials, which increases the weight and improves the sound insulation performance, resulting in lower noise levels on the floors. It is possible to reduce the transmission of noise to the downstairs due to vibrations and impacts caused when walking or walking, thereby improving the livability of the house. Furthermore, when the sound insulating board is placed within the framework, its thickness hardly changes compared to conventional floor panels, making it easy to install.
