1 to 3, the structure of the pedestal A constituting the lashing fitting of the present invention will be explained. 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a metal seat plate with a rectangular planar shape;
A bolt 2 is vertically disposed on the upper surface of one end of the metal seat plate 1, and a vertical side 1a is formed at the other end of the metal seat plate 1 by bending the vertical side 1a upward.
A hole 3 is provided in the center of the hole 3 for connecting a connecting device such as a wire, a U-shape shackle, or a turnbuckle. Further, the metal seat plate 1 is formed with an insertion hole 6 for a screw 5 for fixing it to the wood spacer member 4. Pedestal A is constructed as described above.

The pedestal A shown in FIG. 2 does not have the vertical side 1a shown in FIG. It is something that Furthermore, the pedestal A shown in FIG. 3 has an anti-slip stopper 7a of a binding rope provided as a bridge between both ends of the rope connecting member 7 shown in FIG. 2, and this anti-slip stopper 7a Since the rope connecting member 7 has a semicircular shape, when the rope is tightened, the rope gradually moves downward and becomes slack, so this shift is prevented and the rope binding is prevented from loosening. It is preferable to connect a wire or a shackle to the hole 3 on the vertical side 1a in FIG. The reason is,
This is because if a fiber rope other than wire is used, the rope may be rubbed by the angular ridges of the metal seat plate and may break. It is also possible to use a fiber rope for the rope connecting member 7 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

This spacer member B is used to create a gap necessary for lashing work between the lower surface of the transported object 8 such as a unit house and the surface of the loading platform 9a of the truck 9. A bolt 12 is provided to be screwed into a screw hole 11 provided in the object 8, and a screw is provided on the lower surface of the metal block 10 to which a bolt 2 provided in the metal base plate 1 constituting the pedestal A is screwed. It is constructed by having holes 13 formed therein.

First, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, we will explain the means for securing the transported object 8 such as a unit house to the loading platform 9a of the truck 9. The transported object 8 is lifted off the ground using a crane or the like, and then transported in this state. Spacer members B are inserted into the screw holes 11 provided at the four corners of the object 8, that is, at the lower end of the pillars of the unit house.
The bolts 12 of the metal base plate 1 of the pedestal A are screwed together, and the bolts 2 of the metal seat plate 1 of the pedestal A are inserted into the screw holes 13 provided on the lower surface of the block 10 of the spacer member B.
are screwed together, and the vertical sides 1a formed on the metal seat plate 1 are made to protrude in the front-rear direction of the transported object 8, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.

Next, by crane work or the like, the transported object 8 is placed on the loading platform 9a of the truck 9 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The torii gate 9b is brought into contact with the surface of the torii gate 9b, and a required gap is formed between the torii gate 9b and the front wall of the transported object 8.
This prevents the front surface of the transported object from coming into contact with the torii gate 9b and being damaged. As shown in the figure, the bolts 2 of the pedestal A and the hooks 18 provided around the truck loading platform 9a are connected by a fastener 16 such as a wire or rope. It goes without saying that the transported object 8 is covered with a sheet for rainwater protection and dustproofing. Moreover, since the spacer member B and the pedestal A can be attached to the transported object 8 on the truck loading platform 9a, the attachment location of the lashing fittings can be arbitrarily selected.

Next, referring to FIG. 8, to explain the means for loading the cargo 8 on a ship and lashing it to the bottom of the ship, in the same manner as described above, after attaching the spacer member B to the cargo 8, a wooden spacer member is attached to the bottom of the cargo 8. Attach the pedestal A with the member 4 attached to the spacer member B. And as shown in the figure, the wire rope,
The metal seat plate 1 is connected by a connecting tool 16 such as a shackle.
A hole 3 in the vertical side 1a of the ship is connected to a rope hook 17 provided on the bottom of the ship, thereby restraining the transported object 8 from moving against the shaking of the ship. As shown in the figure, some of the pedestals A may be connected to the pedestals A of other adjacent objects 8 by direct connectors 16. Further, as shown by the imaginary line, the orientation of the pedestal A can be set in any direction depending on the installation state of the transported object 8, the position of the rope hook 17, etc.
