[Industrial Application Field] The present invention involves applying a melamine acrylic or non-aqueous dispersion acrylic clear paint, then applying a solvent-based colored paint by wet-on-wet, followed by baking and drying. The present invention relates to a method for performing fade painting. [Prior Art] Conventionally, many methods have been proposed as methods for forming a washable coating film. For example, many coating methods have been used for many years to apply an erasing paint in which an inorganic or organic powder erasing agent is dispersed in the paint. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When erasing paint is used to paint automobile bodies, etc., an erasing paint containing an erasing agent of fine inorganic powder or fine organic powder dispersed in a conventional paint is used. In this case, the erasing agent may settle, and it is necessary to install special piping for the erasing paint in the painting booth, which causes problems such as the performance of the erasing paint tends to vary and equipment costs increase. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a dry-on-wet coating of melamine acrylic or non-aqueous dispersion on an electrodeposited coating or intermediate coating formed on an object to be coated. After applying the acrylic clear paint, wet
This invention relates to an erasable coating method characterized by applying a solvent-based colored paint on-wet and baking it to dry. [Example] The melamine acrylic or non-aqueous dispersion type acrylic clear paint used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and is a commonly used thermosetting acrylic paint with a resin solid content concentration of 30 to Any material that can be used within the range of 50% by weight can be used. In this case, as long as the properties as a clear paint are maintained, a commonly used colorant may be used in combination with other paint additives. The solvent-based colored paint used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may include commonly used solvent-based colored paints that form a coating film through a thermosetting reaction, such as melamine alkyd paints and melamine acrylic paints. It can be used as long as it is available. Usually black paint is used, but other colors may be used. Next, the coating method of the present invention will be explained. After completing the electrodeposition coating on the object to be coated using a conventional method and further intermediate coating if necessary, the clear coating is applied using a dry-on-wet spray method to a film thickness of approximately 15 to 30 μm after baking and drying. be done. After that, a solvent-based colored paint is applied wet-on-wet using a spray method to a film thickness of about 15 to 30 μm after baking and drying.
By baking and drying at 130 to 160°C for about 15 to 30 minutes, a washable coating film according to the method of the present invention can be obtained. The erasable paint film obtained in this way is approximately 25 to 40
% gloss has decreased and has a good external finish. Furthermore, when painting is performed using a paint booth, the clear paint and the solvent-based colored paint can be applied in the same paint booth. Furthermore, when the coating booth has pipes for solvent-based paint and clear paint, there is an advantage that there is no need to provide pipes for paint to remove. Examples of objects to be coated to which the method of the present invention can be applied include automobile bodies, automobile exterior parts, household electrical appliances, and agricultural instruments. In particular, it is advantageously applied to blackout painting of automobile bodies and matte painting of black parts in two-tone painting. Next, the method of the present invention will be explained based on examples. Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 A coating film of epoxy cationic electrodeposition paint (manufactured by Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., Electron series) was formed on a steel plate, and after drying at 170°C for 20 minutes, a melamine alkyd intermediate coating was applied. Apply paint (manufactured by Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.) and apply 140
Dry for 20 minutes at °C. After that, melamine acrylic clear for 2C1B (manufactured by Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.) was applied so that the film thickness after drying was 10 μm and 25 μm, respectively, and a melamine alkyd top coat was applied wet-on-wet after drying. The film was applied to a film thickness of 20 to 30 μm and dried at 140°C for 20 minutes. As shown in Table 1, 60° specular gloss is 23-38%,
A further decrease in gloss was observed by visual inspection, and the goblin adhesion was also good.

[Effects of the Invention] When the erasing coating is performed by the method of the present invention, no erasing agent is used, so there is no problem of sedimentation of the erasing agent, and the performance of the erasing paint is less likely to vary. On top of that,
There is no need to provide dedicated piping for the paint, and equipment costs can be reduced.
