The present invention is a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber sewing felt,
A thermoplastic synthetic resin sponge is placed on a non-woven fabric or synthetic resin sheet lining, a hot melt adhesive is placed on top of the sponge, and an emblem cloth with a predetermined pattern or letters printed on the top surface is placed on top of the same hot melt adhesive. After the polymer is completed, pressure is applied from above to areas that will become weakly crushed and areas that will become strongly crushed, while heating is applied, and sponges, hot melt adhesives, and emblems are applied to weakly crushed areas. The above-mentioned problems can be solved by welding the lining, sponge, hot melt adhesive, and emblem cloth to each other in areas where the cloth is strongly crushed, and by cutting off the excess parts at the outer ring area. This is an attempt to resolve the issue.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, a thermoplastic synthetic resin sponge 2 is placed on a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber felt 1, and a film-like hot melt adhesive is placed on the sponge 2. 3, and a predetermined pattern 4 on the top surface of the same hot melt adhesive 3.
and the emblem cloth 6 on which the characters 5 are printed are polymerized. After that, in the polymer, after completion, pressure and heat are applied from above to the portion 7 that will become a weakly crushed portion, the portion 8 that will be a strongly crushed portion, and the portion 9 that will become an outer ring. At weakly compressed parts 7, sponge 2, hot melt adhesive 3, and emblem cloth 6 were applied, and at strongly compressed parts 9 and outer ring part 9, felt 1, sponge 2, hot melt adhesive 3, and emblem cloth 6 were applied. High frequency welding is applied to each other. Next, a cut is made at the outer ring portion and the surplus portion 10 is removed to obtain the finished product A.

In addition, as shown by dots in the figure, the hot melt adhesive 3 penetrates half of the emblem cross 6 at the weakly compressed portion 7 and the strongly compressed portion 8, and penetrates all the way to the outer ring portion 9. Further, the sponge 2 penetrates half of the felt 1 at the strongly compressed portion 8, and penetrates all the way at the outer ring portion 9.

In the present invention, it is also possible to use a non-woven fabric or a synthetic resin sheet instead of the felt 1, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be provided on the back side of the finished product A. Furthermore, the underside of the emblem cloth 6 or the sponge 2
In some cases, the upper surface of the ring is coated with hot melt adhesive 3, and in other cases, the outer ring portion 9 is not welded.

That is, according to the above embodiment, the hot melt adhesive 3 melts and penetrates into the emblem cloth 6 and the sponge 2 at the weakly compressed portion 7, so that the emblem cloth 6, the hot melt adhesive 3, and the sponge 2 are weakly compressed. The hot melt adhesive 3 is applied to the emblem cloth 6, the sponge 2, and the felt 1 at the strongly compressed portions 8, which are fused to each other in the crushed state.
The emblem cloth 6, the hot melt adhesive 3, the sponge 2, and the felt 1 penetrate into the upper surface and are welded to each other in a strongly compressed state.Furthermore, at the outer ring portion 9, the hot melt adhesive 3 melts into the emblem cloth 6. , penetrates into the upper and lower surfaces of the sponge 2 and the felt 1, and the emblem cloth 6, the hot melt adhesive 3, the sponge 2, and the felt 1 are welded to each other in the strongest concave groove-shaped crushed state.

Therefore, as is clear from the figure, the height of the surface of the emblem cloth 6 is the highest at the non-squeezable portion 11, followed by the weakly crushed portion 7, the strongly crushed portion 8, and the outer ring portion 9, in that order. It goes down step by step. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to complete a watz pen that has fine irregularities in the embroidery threads that are characteristic of emblem cloths, and that has a embroidery finish that closely resembles embroidery, for example, with bulges in the design and character areas and depressions in other areas. Can be done.
