The outline of the invention according to the above-mentioned application is that embroidery is performed on the surface of a base material sheet using a template temporarily attached in accordance with a conventional method to form an embroidery pattern on the surface of the base material sheet. After applying a thermoplastic synthetic resin solvent or a resin solution or other solution to the back surface of the A resin adhesive is fused to the back side of the base sheet, and when this work is completed and a coated layer of the fused adhesive is formed, the next step is to form the embroidery pattern on the base sheet. The darning holes that are continuously punched along the outline of the pattern by the darning thread of the embroidery thread when forming the embroidery thread serve as so-called perforations. This invention is an embroidery-type embroidery-type embroidery emblem pen in which a layer of thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive is applied to the back side of the pattern-forming part without any separation between the part and the other part.

When this method is used, the following defective products may sometimes be produced. That is, when an adhesive is applied to the back side of a base sheet on which an embroidery pattern has been formed, or when powdered adhesive is spread after applying a resister, this adhesive is applied over the holes made by the embroidery thread as described above. This may lead to welding with the overhole closed.

In this case, when the embroidery pattern forming part is cut out from the base sheet along the above-mentioned darning holes, the adhesive that has entered the embroidery holes may be removed from the embroidery pattern. It may also fuse around the outline of the embroidery pattern, and this may become a fine protruding piece around the outline of the embroidery design, blocking the darning hole and adhering the embroidery thread and base material sheet. Even if an attempt is made to cut out the base sheet, the cuts may not be made to form a clear outline, and as a result, it may not be possible to make an embroidery-type embroidery pen with a clear outline.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be explained. If border embroidery is applied, there is also a method of making an embroidery-type watz pen as shown in FIG. 11. That is, the base sheet 1 on which the embroidery pattern 4 has been formed is turned over (FIG. 2). Then, when forming the above-mentioned border embroidery,
The edging back embroidery pattern 4A is formed by following the inner perforation 6 of the darning hole, which is perforated along the inner contour of the edging embroidery back pattern 4A formed on the base sheets 1 and 2 by the darning thread of the embroidery thread. The inner pieces 1A and 2A of the edging back embroidery are peeled off from the base sheets 1 and 2 located on the back side (FIG. 7). Then, the back surface of the template 3 is exposed from the base sheets 1 and 2. The back side of the base sheet 1 arranged in the lower layer, the embroidery back pattern 4A made of back stitching thread appearing on the back side, and the exposed template 3A

The present invention is a method for manufacturing an embroidery-type embroidery patch pen by the method described above. First, after applying a thermoplastic synthetic resin solvent, the lower layer base sheet is peeled off, and the upper layer base sheet On the back of the
The darning thread of the embroidery thread of the embroidery pattern punches the darning holes along the outline of the design, and at the same time, the outline of the design formed by the darning thread is covered with thermoplastic synthetic resin neatly up to the edge of the outline. The resin solvent is applied and the darning holes formed in the upper layer base sheet by the darning thread are not closed by the thermoplastic synthetic resin solvent, so the embroidery pattern is applied to the upper layer after the thermoplastic synthetic resin solvent is heated and dried. When the embroidered pattern is peeled off from the base sheet placed on the embroidery pattern, no melted protruding pieces of thermoplastic synthetic resin are formed on the outline of the embroidered pattern, and therefore, the perforations made by the darning thread act as perforations. It can be removed along its outline and peeled off from the base sheet as an embroidery-type watz pen with a clean outline.

In addition, when forming an embroidery pattern by placing a letter-shaped plate, such as B, D, O, etc., on the surface of the base sheet, which has a blank space between the letters, the embroidery pattern must be peeled off from the base sheet. At this time, the embroidery pattern is not only cut out according to the darning holes on the outside of the outline formed by the darning thread of the embroidery thread punched in the base material sheet, but also the embroidery pattern is cut out according to the darning holes on the inside of the outline. Of course, the sheet can be peeled off.
