The functions required for underdrain construction are mainly water collection, drainage, pressure resistance, and clogging resistance, but the top priority is to collect water within the pipe, and it is necessary to do this in a good manner. This applies to things from the past, such as the Takezume culvert, which has a water collection outlet with a straight line around the outside, the Sodatsume, which has a large water collection area, and the Kuriishizume. For example, the water level adjustment in the Imperial Palace moat was done in Edo. It had been tied up in a bundle for a hundred years.

FIG. 1 is an overall view of the underdrain collection and drainage pipe 1.
The underdrain collection and drainage pipe 1 is a gutter body with an S-shaped cross section and has two adjacent chambers 2 and 2a, and the S-shaped openings form water collection ports 3 and 3a. If this is used alone as shown in Fig. 1, it is possible to collect water from the upper water collection port 3 and the lower water collection port 3a, and if a large number of these are randomly focused as shown in Fig. 2, they touch each other. It is possible to collect water from all around, including the gaps, top, bottom, left and right. The two space chambers 2 and 2a are nearly circular waterways, and the seepage water in the ground and spring water flow in from the continuous linear water collection ports 3 and 3a mentioned above. 3,
The water collection port 3a has a funnel shape and can receive water well, and for the water collection port 3, 4, 4b,
Since the water collection port 3a is equipped with continuous plate-shaped protrusions 4a and 4c, the effect is further increased.
I will do it.

When multiple pieces are bundled together as shown in Figure 2, these plate-shaped protrusions abut against each other's underdrain collection and drainage pipes to ensure space inside the bundle, making them water resistant, clogging resistant, and pressure resistant. It also plays a role in enhancing sexual function.

The space chambers 2 and 2a that serve as waterways are the same as commercially available vinyl pipes, so they are completely smooth and smooth, and when a large number of pipes are bundled, the spaces between them are also smooth, so drainage is extremely good. .

Next, the functions required for culvert construction are:
Generally, these items are buried underground, so it is almost impossible to repair, preserve, or replace them, and as a result, they may be destroyed or become clogged with soil particles, sand, etc. Measures against the loss of permanence are absolutely necessary.

The plate-shaped continuous protrusions 5, 5a, 5b, 5c provided very close to the water collection ports 3, 3a solve these problems.
Place the tips 6 and 6a of the S-shape in between
It is arranged symmetrically in the vertical direction in the figure, and earth pressure (heavy equipment pressure) is applied to the empty chamber 2 from above (from below for 2a) at the tip 6 of the opening 3.
When the tube tries to roll inward, the tip 6 is supported by the protrusion 5a, and the arch action as a circular tube is immediately exerted.

In response to earth pressure (heavy machinery pressure) from the left and right directions, the tips 6, 6a of the S-shaped body are the bases 7 of the plate-like protrusions 5, 5c.
a, 7b and prevent deformation of the space chambers 2, 2a. In addition, the area around culvert drainage pipes, not only this one but many other drainage pipes, is generally filled with filter material such as crushed stone, gravel, rice husks, and rough sand, but the soil around the buried pipes is It is actually impossible to prevent granular sand from entering the area around these underdrain pipes, and it is necessary to prevent this granular sand from re-entering the waterway as much as possible.
As a countermeasure to this problem, in this invention, protrusions of 5, 5c are provided near the openings 3, 3a to block the soil particles and sand, and fine soil particles and sand are deposited there because the intruding water turns and flows. (The flow rate of water entering the underdrain is extremely small, and a slight decrease in the flow rate has the effect of accumulating the contained substances.) Therefore, clogging in the waterway can be prevented.

In the conventional technology (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-105013), 5a and 5b
The chisel is placed in the solid center of the S-shape, and even with a small amount of external pressure, the tip cannot come into contact with these 5a and 5b, and when a large amount of external pressure is applied, the tip 6 gets wrapped up by the time they make contact, resulting in a circular shape. It was difficult to maintain this. In addition, although there was some effect on the pressure from above on the empty chamber 2, there was no resistance at all to the earth pressure from the left and right directions. Furthermore, there are absolutely no measures against the intrusion of soil particles and sand.

Figure 5 shows the case where a large culvert drainage pipe 1 and multiple small culvert pipes are used at the same time, which provides an economical effect by ensuring a larger internal space when the amount of drainage is large. , multiple small ones are arranged to increase the area of the water collection port and to subdivide the area in order to collect water from above and below and prevent clogging.

Effects As described above, according to the present invention, the plate-like protrusions 5, 5a and 5b, 5c are arranged symmetrically above and below the central wall 7 of the gutter body, so that the tips 6, 6a of the S-shaped body are sandwiched between them. Because of this arrangement, when external pressure is applied from above and below, the tips 6 and 6a are securely abutted against the plate-shaped protrusions 5a and 5b, respectively, and the space chambers 2 and 2a are closed.
deformation can be prevented. Furthermore, when external pressure is applied from the left and right directions, the tips 6, 6a are
5c to prevent deformation of the space chambers 2, 2a. Furthermore, the plate-shaped protrusions 5, 5c prevent the soil particles and sand around the pipe from entering the space chambers 2, 2a, thereby preventing the water channel from being blocked.
