Conventionally, in order to freeze commercial raw materials such as surimi and oyster meat, they were first put into synthetic resin film bags using a quantitative filling machine.
Alternatively, push a certain amount (for example, 10 kg) into a continuously sealed cylindrical packaging cylinder, and if the packaging container is a bag, after filling, manually fold the opening of the bag and place it in an empty freezing container, and then wrap it. In the case of an automatic packaging machine in which bags are continuously made from a sheet-like synthetic resin film, the extrusion of the material is temporarily stopped to create a space in the packaging cylinder where no material is stored, and this space is At the same time, the packaging cylinder is sealed, the packaging cylinder is cut and separated from the subsequent packaging material, and the raw materials for commercial use are continuously made into bags, automatically filled, and sealed. It is slid into a freezing container and sent to the freezing process, and empty freezing containers are supplied either by manual filling or by automatic filling using an automatic bag-forming-fill-sealing machine. It was done one by one by hand. However, this freezing container is generally made of metal with good thermal conductivity, and its weight is 4.
It weighs more than a kilogram and is made in a shape that does not add bulk when stacked, so it is
When 10 containers are stacked together, the bottom ones fit together tightly and are difficult to remove, and the height of the stack reaches 1.8 meters, so the stacked containers are removed one by one from the top and placed on the supply conveyor of the device. One full-time worker is required to load it.
In addition, when the height of the stacked containers reaches about 0.5 meters, a replenishment staff is required to replenish the stacked containers to the original height, which requires a lot of manpower to supply the containers. In addition, it is quite a difficult task to remove the tightly fitted containers and supply the packaged materials at the same time as the delivery timing, and the workers are extremely fatigued. There was a desire for a machine that could separate and feed the sheets one by one, but there was no machine that could meet this demand.

In Figure 1, which partially shows the basic configuration, 1
are freezing containers that are stacked and fitted together, and the edges 2 provided at the upper ends of the containers are either in close contact with each other or are slightly apart, with a space a between each edge 2 in either case.
Reference numeral 3 denotes a roller or the like, for example, which is inserted into the gap a between the edges 2 and 2 of the container 1 and comes into contact with the edges 2 to exert a wedge action, and more specifically, a circular roller having a diameter larger than the gap a The separating member is attached to a disk-shaped rotating body 5 rotated by a shaft 4 by a shaft 6, aligned with the gap a between the edges 2 of the stacked containers 1, and is moved on a circular orbit by the rotation of the rotating body 5. The rotating body 5 moves the separating member 3 into the gap a between the edges 2 and 2 a little before the separating position that coincides with the horizontal center line
The separation member 3, which is moved from top to bottom and pushed into the gap a, performs a wedge action. As a result, the containers 1 are disengaged and the lower container 1 is dropped onto the supply conveyor 7 as shown by the solid line in FIG.

5, 6, and 7 show an example of an apparatus for storing a package 13 in the above-mentioned freezing container 1 and sending it to the freezing process. When the raw material reaches a certain amount, for example 10 kg, the material is measured by cutting only the material without cutting the packaging cylinder 14, and the extrusion of the material is temporarily stopped and the packaging cylinder 14 is emptied. A quantitative filling machine (the drawings are omitted as it is a well-known machine) is prepared, and sealing members 16, 16 and cutters 17, 17 are attached while receiving and transferring the filled and packaged materials. The packaging tube 14 is moved to seal the space in the forward direction of travel, and the adjacent portion is cut to separate individual packages 1.
A belt conveyor 18 that separates the packages 1 and 1 is installed in an inclined manner in front of the belt conveyor
3 into the freezing container 1, the belt conveyor 18, and the roller conveyor 1.
9 to press down the opening C of the packaging tube 14 downward as shown in FIG.
When the package 13 is transferred to the roller conveyor 19, the opening C is laid downward as shown by the chain line in the figure, and the air pipe 20 sealing the opening is placed between the rollers below the roller conveyor 19. The conveyor 7 is provided so that when the container 1 is sent by the transfer piece 21 of the feed conveyor 7, the roller conveyor 22 that sends the container 1 to the sliding position of the package 13 corresponds to the tip of the roller conveyor 19. The package 13 is provided between the roller conveyors 22 and protrudes above the conveyor 22 to prevent the conveyor 22 from feeding the container 1 until the package 13 reaches the tip of the roller conveyor 19.
When activating the detector 23 provided at the tip of 9,
A stopper 24 that is drawn in from the roller conveyor 22 to advance the container 1, a conveyor 25 that receives the container 1 containing the package 13 sent by the roller conveyor 22 and sends it to the freezing process, and a conveyor 25 that transports the container 1 to a supply conveyor. a limit switch 26 which is activated when the container 1 falls onto the roller conveyor 19 to start the supply conveyor 7 and send the container 1 below the roller conveyor 19;
A limit switch 27 is actuated by the transfer piece 21 that sent the container 1 down the roller conveyor 19 to reverse the supply conveyor 7, and a limit switch 27 is actuated when the transfer piece 21 returns to the home position to stop the supply conveyor 7 and to turn the rotating body 5. Rotate limit switch 28
and a limit switch 29 which is activated by the separating member 3 to stop the rotating member 5 when the rotating member 5 rotates by one pitch of the separating member 3.

However, when the rotating bodies 5, 5 are rotated synchronously by the interlocking member 8, the separating member 3, such as a roller, supported by this rotates on a circular orbit and approaches the edge 2 of the lowermost container 1. The supporting separation members 3, 3 are gradually separated from each other as shown in FIG. The separating members 3, 3 gradually approach each other, and come closest at a separating position that coincides with the horizontal center line X of the rotating bodies 5, 5, and abut the upper and lower edges 2, 2, cutting into the gap a.

Therefore, even if the containers 1 are tightly fitted together due to a large number of stacked containers, the fitting can be easily loosened due to the wedge action, and in this case, the preceding separating member 3,
3 are opened at such a distance that the edge 2 of the container 1 does not cover the container 1, so the container 1 at the lowest stage falls onto the supply conveyor 7. At this time, the container 1 in the next stage is supported by the separation members 3, 3 which are in a close state, and as the rotation progresses further, the distance between the separation members 3, 3 supporting the edge 2 of the container 1, which has become the lowest stage, increases. As the container 1 opens, the following separating members 3, 3 narrow the gap and insert themselves between the edges 2, 2 of the containers 1, 1 in the lowest and next stages, supporting the containers 1 in the next stage and separating them from the bottom stage. Separate container 1 of
Since the operation of dropping the containers onto the supply conveyor 7 is repeated, it is possible to automatically and reliably separate a large number of stacked containers 1 from the bottom and send them out one by one, and this operation is shown in FIG. Also in the case of a container 1 provided with a stopper 2' for regulating the fitting of the container 1,
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the separating members 3, 3 are attached to the chains 11, 11 and rotated, the process is performed in exactly the same manner as in the case of FIG. 1.

Therefore, this device can be used to produce a package 1 in which a packaging tube 14 is filled with commercial raw materials such as surimi and oyster meat.
3 into the freezing container 1 and sending it to the freezing process.
When used in combination with the apparatus shown in FIGS.
When the freezing container 1 is sent to the lower part of the inclined roller conveyor 19 by the operation of the supply conveyor 7 by 6, the wrapped package 13 slides on the roller conveyor 19 while the conveyor 18 is moving and reaches the position of the detector 23. The sensor 23 detects this and retracts the stopper 24 that was preventing the roller conveyor 22 from transporting the container 1. Therefore, the container 1 is sent to the lowering position of the package 13 by the roller conveyor 22, and at this time, the package 13 on the roller conveyor 19 slides into the container 1, is stored in the container 1, and is sent to the freezing process by the conveyor 25. Therefore, it is possible to automatically and reliably perform the operation of separating the stacked containers 1 from those below and feeding them one by one in accordance with the delivery timing of the packages 13.

As explained above, the separation and delivery device for stacked freezing containers, etc. of the present invention inserts from the side between the edges of each of the freezing containers that are fitted together due to stacking. A circular separating member having a diameter larger than the gap between the containers is easily separated by abutting wedge action, and the separating member is installed at a distance between the edges of the containers and rotated by power. , a rotation in which the separation member is moved in a circular motion from top to bottom in order to cause the separation member to enter the gap before the separation position, and to separate the containers by a wedge action by pushing the separation member into the gap at the separation position; Because I prepared my body,
Even when a large number of containers, etc. are tightly fitted together due to stacking, the fittings can be easily and quickly separated, and a unique effect is achieved that can sufficiently respond to high-speed container feeding.
