Claims (1)
スリーブ内の溶湯をプランジヤーチツプにてキヤ
ビテー内へ射出成形する真空ダイカスト装置であ
つて、射出シリンダースリーブ内を摺動するプラ
ンジヤーチツプの外周に背圧調節室を設け、プラ
ンジヤーチツプによる射出成形時に前記背圧調節
室内に真空圧力を導入してなる真空ダイカスト装
置において射出シリンダー11と一体的に連結さ
れたピストンロツド12と; 射出シリンダースリーブ3のスリーブ径φAよ
り小径の外径を有するとともにその内部を長手軸
心方向に貫通する挿入孔8Bを備えプランジヤー
チツプ6を装着する側に平坦部8Aを設けた筒状
の射出プランジヤー8と; その両端部に第1ネジ部9Aと第2ネジ部9B
とを有し、射出プランジヤー8内の挿入孔8Bに
配置した状態で前記第1ネジ部9A、第2ネジ部
9Bが射出プランジヤー8の両端部より突出せる
固定用ロツド9と; プランジヤーチツプ6の外周に設けた環状の背
圧調節室7よりその内部を通つて射出プランジヤ
ー8の平坦部8A側に設けた後端平坦部6Aに開
口する第1真空圧導入路6Cを穿設するとともに
、後端平坦部6Aより長手軸心方向の内方に向つ
てメネジ部6Bを穿設したプランジヤーチツプ6
