うに設置された傾動テーブルと、 ワークに形成した一対のクランプピン孔に嵌合
する一対のクランプピンを有し、かつ、上記傾動
テーブルにシリンダにより上下動するように設置
されたクランパと、 上記基台の所定位置に固設された支持ステーを
介して上記クランパの上方に設置された２位置の
観察が同一視野で行える顕微鏡と、 上記可動ステージ上にベースを着脱可能に吸着
させるベース治具とを具備したことを特徴とする
