Claims (1)
- 本体上部に配設されたホツパーより落下送出さ
れる粉体と捏水タンクから送出される捏水とを混
和してめん生地を作成する混和装置をホツパー下
方の本体内部に配設した製めん機において、混和
装置上方の本体上部にてホツパーと並設して配置
された捏水タンクと、捏水タンクと混和装置との
間に配管された捏水供給ラインと、捏水供給ライ
ンに配設された捏水供給弁とを具備したことを特
徴とする製めん機。
