Au等の材質からなる電極5、SiO2等の材質から
なる耐酸化保護層6、Ta2O5等の材質からなる
耐摩耗層7が積層されている。本発明のサーマル
ヘツドの構造により記録紙、サーマルリボンへの
発熱部2の密着がよりよくなるので鮮明な印字な
らびに印字エネルギーの低減が実現される。
