Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一主面に開口するガス溜め空間を有するガス溜
めが冷凍機に取り付けられ、該ガス溜めにガス溜
め空間と連通する気体イオン源供給用ガス供給管
が連結され、更に該ガス溜めに上記ガス溜め空間
を閉塞する蓋がねじ止めにより固着され、該蓋に
上記ガス溜め空間と連通するノズルが取付けされ
、該ノズルにエミツターが取着された集束イオン
ビーム装置において、 上記ガス溜めと蓋との間に、インジウムからな
り該蓋をガス溜めに取り付けるねじを通すねじ挿
通孔を有した気密シートを、介在せしめた ことを特徴とする集束イオンビーム装置。
