い。このとき従来の燃焼制御方式では、負荷検出
手段からの信号を受けた燃焼制御手段は、調節器
作動手段及び低・高燃焼装置個々に作動信号を出
力するように動作する。しかし、この方法による

段と前記位置確認手段からの信号を比較して、両
信号が予め定めた対応関係にあれば所望の燃焼作
動信号を出力し、そうでない場合は異常信号を出
力する判別器とからなることを特徴とする燃焼制
御装置である。

(この手段は負荷検出手段と一体に構成される場
合もある)からの信号を受けて調節器作動手段
(例えばモーターあるいはソレノイド等)5によ
り調節体(例えばバタフイダンパーあるいはスラ
イドダンパーなど)6を作動させることにより行
われようになつている。調節器にはその作動位置
すなわち調節体の位置(開度)を確認するための
調節体位置確認手段(例えばリミツトスイツチあ
るいはマイクロスイツチ)5が設けられている。
これら調節器作動手段及び位置確認手段はその信
号(低燃焼側あるいは高燃焼側の作動確認信号)
を後述の判別器12に出力するように働く。図面
中の符号8は負荷検出手段3からボイラーの負荷
信号を受けて、その信号量に応じて低燃焼信号又
は高燃焼信号を調節器作動手段5に送信する。上
記の判別器は調節器作動手段5と調節体位置確認
手段7からの信号を比較し、これらの信号が予め
定めた対応関係にある場合、つまり両信号が低燃
焼の位置に対応する値(電圧レベル等)であれ
ば、低燃焼装置9を作動せしめ、両信号が高燃焼
の信号であれば高燃焼装置10を作動せしめ、そ
うでない場合には異常信号11を出力し燃焼を停
止するような構成を具備して成る。

量が高負荷信号になれば燃焼制御手段8は調節器
作動手段5に高燃焼信号を送る。すると、調節器
作動手段は調節体を高燃焼用風量位置に切換える
とともに判別器12に調節器作動手段の高燃焼の
ための作動信号B1を送る。位置確認手段7は調
節体の高燃焼側移行を確認して判別器高燃焼側確
認信号B2を送る。判別器は作動信号と確認信号
を比較し両信号が高燃焼側の信号B1,B2であれ
ば高燃焼装置10に信号を送り高燃焼を行わせ
る。このとき調節器作動手段又は位置確認手段の
いずれかが不測の事態により作動しなくなり判別
器において両信号が同一とならない場合(例えば
A1とB2あるいはA2とB1)には異常信号11を出
力するとともに燃焼装置を停止する。

間的要素を加えることにより燃焼量切換えと風量
切換えとのタイムラグを解消し判別器が正常に作
動するとともに切換え時の燃焼不良を解消するこ
とができる。
