Claims (1)
- 真空発生装置に接続されて用いられ、その真空
発生装置の吸引力によつて生じる空気流により回
転翼を回転させ、その回転力によつて作動体を作
業対象面に接触させた状態で回転させるように構
成されたタービン式作動装置であつて、前記作動
体と作業対象面との間の距離を規制する規制手段
を具備してなることを特徴とするタービン式作動
装置。
