Claims (1)
- ステータ４に発生させた超音波振動の進行波に
よつて、該ステータ４に当接するロータ８を回転
させる超音波モータにおいて、ケーシング２に軸
受１４，１６を介して回転自在に支承され、前記
ロータ８の回転と連動して回転すべく前記ロータ
８に連結された出力軸１２に、たわみ部を設けた
ことを特徴とする超音波モータ。
